Huh? Is someone not supposed to quote you? Not for personal nonsense. "Get a grip" is personal nonsense? I think I'll agree with him. Get a grip. There's no rules as what constitutes something that's quotable. It could literally be anything. If you couldn't quote someone over "personal nonsense" then the lounge wouldn't exist. Nor would a forum for that matter.

Someone asked for a photoshopped picture of Liam playing sax on the Right Stuff. I couldn't ignore something like that. Neither of them are great but I couldn't actually find a picture of Noel with a real saxophonist on stage. Take your pick! He looks like a fucking Blues Brother! Haha. Should've used a picture of Liam singing, with the hands on the back and all.

Personal nonsense is comments like "get a grip" which are provocative and don't add anything to the discussion. I'm not going to make it long as I have better to do now. Peace, love and bananas.

No, because it's not an attack towards anyone on here, unlike that stupid comment. It adds another opinion. I could have chosen more polite words though. PS It's funny how in Italian "split hairs" is almost the same: "break the hair" LOL

I just posted a video for Ballad of the Mighty I, which has a pretty clean sound, in the thread I created for gig videos.

Watching ITHOTM live, pretty decent but the crowd look as if they haven't got a clue what the song is.

Just back....tremendous gig!
So many highlights!
New album songs...Lock all the Doors was epic..Dying of the Light was class...Ballad ofMighty I was nailed...Riverman and You know we can't go Back were superb too! Old album songs...Stranded..great opener! EOTH and If I had a Gun class...What a Life was superb...Loved Alone on the Rope.. Oasis songs...Champagne Supernova!! Couldn't believe it when that started..blew the roof off...Shout It out loud..probably my fab beside..glad he played it. Great to hear Digsys Dinner live! Correctly guessd he would finish with Masterplan!
Delighted with setlist...glad there was no Its Good to be Free or Half the World Away for a change!

Morrissey only wrote 50% of all those songs. Noel wrote 100% of every song. Elvis wrote 0% of every song he sang. what a loser eh? I guess he has no right to sing them. As Noel said before he doesn't look at them as Oasis songs anymore they're his songs. He can play as many as he wants considering he wrote them all. How many Beatles songs does McCartney play? Like most of his setlist and I can't count how many solo albums he has. I guess he's doing it wrong.

When his twitter said it would be put up on spotify was that the original songs or the live ones tomorrow? I'm pretty sure they will just put up the album versions in the same running order as the playlist. I'm pretty sure some of those tunes aren't on spotify down here, like alone on the rope. Which blows...

Great gig! First time I've been to the tour opener-always seem to have spoiled the surprise by checking setlist beforehand but last night was awesome in not knowing what was coming next. Only got in a few hours ago and not much sleep but jumped in here to check i hadnt imagined some of the song choices. Don't understand some in here complaining about 6 Oasis tunes-seemed about right. Champagne supernova was amazing, digsys dinner brilliant live, and was praying for one more after WAL and then when he started masterplan it just capped it all off. But the solo work stood it's ground alongside them highlights being If I Had A Gun, Lock All The Doors, Ballad Of The Mighty I and YKWCGB.
Only things i would change were alone on a rope just isn't the song to start an encore with and would've liked a couple from WTSRTS DTD RS FT and TGWTXE. Brilliant overall though, still buzzing. Thought the stage production was very good too-looked the part and some good banter from noel between songs at times (although his belfast accent could use some work! )

This just got put up on YouTube!!! Champagne Supernova!! That version of Champagne Supernova is everything Stop the Clocks should have been. Brilliant, it will be massive at the RAH. Bit of a pity we won't get the choir in Copenhagen (the venue is tiny!).
