I've just picked up the 10" vinyl, number 1663. It is only single sided unfortunately. For those that don't have it, I'll let you know how it sounds later on. Looks like the leak is imminent 6 copies at HMV Nottingham - 5 now  Voucher is tucked inside.   |

asked the guy at the till and he said he thought there were 10 thousand copies made, and they definitely wouldn't be getting more

Just got mine. 10 copies per shop, will only let you buy one per person as expected, but the guy said there will be another shipment next week.

Number 193 picked up according to my Mum! You jammy bastard! Was that form HMV Edinburgh? That's where I got mine as well but a much higher number. I wish I'd looked through them now instead of grabbing the first one. |

Shame my local HMV closed down, this looks like a really nice little vinyl. Really want to get into record collecting, just haven't got the equipment nor the money yet.

Will be interesting to hear this demo - I'm hoping we get to hear what the song would be like with the "If I Had a Gun" overblown treatment. Orchestras and the like ya know....

Loads in stock in Manchester on about four different shelves. There's definitely more than 2000 though cos I got no. 2662.
edit: it's brilliant by the way. Stripped right back in a Talk Tonight / Sad Song kind of style.

This song is one of my least favorites on the album. It goes on forever and it never really goes anywhere. Just really boring to be honest. Probably will skip it alot

when Noel starts to sing the chorus the first think to comes in my mind is the chorus of "In Bloom" by Nirnana!!! i played both tracks a few times together and its shocking (well with a few imagination and changing the speed)!!!
before you call me anything just try to sing/hear both songs!!!
still TDOTL is an amazing song that in the good old times could easily be a # 1 hit.
i d love to release it as a single in every case

Still don't feel the need to play this song. Really, just like In the Heat of the Moment. I find it boring. Don't know why but I can enjoy the soundcheck version, but not this one.

I just put on Nirvana's 'Nevermind' because I can't remember the last time I listened to it. I get to 'In Bloom' and think the chorus sounds really similar to something else I've heard recently. It turns out it was The Dying Of The Light; the "I was told that the streets were paved with gold..." part.
Does anyone else think they sound similar?
