Anyone else love it?
Yes I know the lyrics aren't great to say the least but I think it was meant as quite a quirky song anyway. It's all about the melody, absolutely beautiful and that's what keeps me going back to listen to it.

I prefer the 42.42 Mix of it to the album version.

This isn't about Noel, just as TBOTMI isn't about Liam. #Sarcasm

I love it, the lyrics are crap and Liam could have sounded better, but its relaxing

The acoustic version is great too Yeah the Absolute radio session version is great. That version is what made that song finally one of my favorites of the album. Sometimes, that happens, that I hear another, lovely version and suddenly I also hear the album version in a totally different way. As for the lyrics, for me it actually does sound like Liam did not sit down and think of something, but just let the inspiration speak to him and just wrote down what came into his head. And I actually like those lyrics for that.

Love the bass. And some of the lyrics actually, the 'Did you shoot your gun?' line shows you how much Liam thinks of some of Noel's solo stuff

Little James 2.0, in every sense.

This track is one of the few "Oasis" numbers I can say that I really don't like. The lyrics are beyond bad (Little James is like TS Eliot finest compared to this one) and the vibe of the song is okay aside from sounding like a slightly more trippy if inferior version of GGTIA. An instrumental would have been okay but...this is a very rare song: one that I almost always skip. Feels like it was put on the album expressly for the publicity it would generate. I would have had Girls in Uniform in its place easily.

One of four songs on BE that Liam solely wrote, and I must say, along with Shine a Light, this one is a complete throwaway in the grand scheme of things. I do love how the sitar is brought in on this song, but besides that, it's an obvious "Fuck you for the Oasis split" song to Noel that could've been avoided with putting on Back After the Break or Off at the Next Exit, which were both brilliant tracks.

i love that tune too, the triping and relaxing feeling, the space and breathe that it puts on the album. Works great as an album track, with no need to sound like a hit or something but more like a piece of music that server the purposes of the concept and it definitely could sound more in place if next track was something from the golden 3 (OffAtTheNextExit, BackAfterTheBreak, Evil Eye and with StartAnew as a closer). now that s what i call an amazing album!

Like the tune, hate the lyrics. Also hate the fact that it goes on for about half an hour longer than it should...makes it hard to listen to it actually.

In hindsight, this is a really awful song. I've no idea what the melody goes like still after nearly 2 years, the lyrics are dire and it just goes on for ever. I think I've only listened to it once in the last 12 months.

I think it's a pretty decent track. I think if Noel had helped him out in the same way he helped out on Songbird it could have been one of Liam's best.

I mean the lyric is "don't BROTHER me".
Enough said. Cool background music though.
