Where do you liv a serfdom? Also do you know any good Viking restaurants? The Netherlands. Not really, I do know where to score weed though. That's a shame. I have a craving for Viking food today. Misunderstood people really. They like pretty things, pretty women and beer. I'm ok with that. Perhaps the worlds first rock stars?

That's good. #45 on sales for a 3rd is really good. And good era for CY too! Let's keep it in the top 25 by july and the festival season will do the rest! Sales charts are irrelevant and can't be equated to the overall charts pre streaming era. The reason streaming been included into the charts is because its a very popular way people get their music / singles now. Obviously as more people are getting singles via streaming the proportion of sales become smaller so any sales will get you higher in the sales chart. Sales chart is relevant because artist don't get anything from Spotify. Give me 100.000 copies sold over a 1 million times streamed album any day of the week. And sales chart is relevant for Noel because he's shite on Spotify. For him it's all about copies sold, not streamed. ANd streaming was only a little 12% slice of music in UK last year. Still way to drive. But #70 is still good, streaming or non-streaming. Better than any single by Blur or Muse

And sales chart is relevant for Noel because he's shite on Spotify. For him it's all about copies sold, not streamed. The official charts is just that.. The reason noel charts well on sales is because his fans are collectors so like physical copies.. i.e. with river man.. me, and lots of other on here buy the ltd vinyl and the black vinyl but obv that isn't a fair representation of his popularity (as lots his fans buying 2 copies (maybe 3 with digital single. The charts are supposed to be a badge of popularirty).. The fact you think streaming made a huge difference must prove how big it is as via the 1 to 100 ratio. (your edit says 12% so if thats a minority format?) There's lots of artists out there who don't have any physical singles, as the record company doesn't take a risk so streaming and digital singles are there only presence, thats why it effects the main chart as lots people are streaming. Like i always say if they wanted to stream noel they could but they choose not too but they can't always buy 2 vinyl singles for their fav artist so surely the charts as more in noels favour EDIT: Also your album argument is miles of as album sales are divided by 1000 so 1 million streams of an album only means 1000 sales.. Also the 2 most popular songs are brought down in line with the 3 and 4th most popular songs and they divided by 1000 so as a whole it unless theres album with 4 really Really popular tracks it wont make huge difference

Noel's third single charted higher than Muse's Dead Inside (or was it Pshyco?)

Noel's third single charted higher than Muse's Dead Inside (or was it Pshyco?) Dead Inside, Psycho didn't chart but it was just a throwaway in support of the album announcement Yes, streaming was 12% of music in Uk. But the singles chart is different, it's more important. And I'm okay with that IF people Who Pay can "buy" a copy through Spotify. If not it's like Youtube, nothing more. And they should add it at this point Because it's way bigger than Spotify.
