Today I saw my friend who works with Sony, and I got my hands on Noels new single.  Music is credited to Noel Gallagher Mixed by Craig Silvey Artwork by Lawrence Watson The bass is much better than the compressed youtube videos. It sounds great. Do The Damage is good. The next single will tentativly be released in January. |

Has the cd got the b side on it? I've only been able to track down promo's with ITHOTM on but be nice to be able to get physical CD with both on.

Do the Damage's title doesn't sound very ballad-y. I'd bet something a bit upbeat and heavy. A bit more traditional for him. Especially since ITHOTM is a bit out of the normal sphere of Noel Gallagher songs. I actually hope that Do the Damage isn't too good to a certain point actually.  Because that would mean that Noel probably screwed up the album tracklisting. Unless it's all amazing with amazing b-sides to spare. But while Noel is going through a bit of a blue patch I still think that might be asking a bit much. |
