I bet the bonus stuff includes the tracks that were included in that BBC documentary that was on just before BHN was released - Stand By Me, It's Getting Better Man and Be Here Now. These mixed in with one or two early demo's plus some other live tracks from around that time. Doubt much if any of the Mustique tracks will be on it. Hope I'm wrong though.

This guy is the admin from the Oasis/NG official websites. Apparently he hasn't got a clue either...

It seems that if the Mustique demos are not released with this reissue, then the collector community probably has a good lock down on them and came out with a deal made with Ignition/Noel/etc.

The longer they leave it the more mystery there will be surrounding them. Let's hope we're not waiting 47 years for the complete mustique set!

They still have the masters, Owen Morris said they went through them last year. There's not one single reason why some of those won't be on the reissue. The sooner it's announced, the better, if only to quell some of the unwarranted cynicism, paranoia and suspicion surrounding these.

Granted if they are up to high quality standards. If they are dreadful recordings well then screw that idea.

Several stuff from the demo sessions are actually on the final version of BHN: Airplane on DYKWIM? Keyboard toy from BHN, the chat( not sure of this) and the slide guitar solo of Johnny Deep on Fade In-Out. So I wouldnt say that it isnt somwthing quite not for the public.

Then unleash the hounds Noel! Also angel child(demo) who releases a song labeled as a demo and then dont release a proper studio? Laziness perhaps? Well I have a theory about that song. I doubt it is from the actual Mystique sessions. Probably a more full recording done in some studio back in England in late 1996, early 1997. It's way too polished up. Remember, some of Noel's demos are better than the actual studio versions. This would go on to plague Oasis between 2001 and 2008. If the Mystique demos all sounded as good as Angel Child, well fucking hell, get'em out there Noel.

STC is not bad. just the hype and everything related to that song kinda buried it (did I just quote someone here?)
I think it's a good closer, but it's far from being single material. it was the best way to close HFB 1. leave it all BEHIND and release the masterpiece next (so I hope)

Personally I hate the production on STC and that cheesy mellotron sound.

I like STC as a closer. I think the ending of that song is such a perfect way to close the chapter of HFB1
I agree on it not being the best song. It's not a bad song, but it has gotten so much hype that the end product is just disappointing. But how couldn't it?
Maybe that's what Noel thinks too and maybe that's the reason why he never plays it live?

If the Mystique demos all sounded as good as Angel Child, well fucking hell, get'em out there Noel. By all (ie. Owen Morris') accounts, the Mustique demos were very well produced - this wasn't just Noel playing live with a single recorder on the go. They had an 8-track recorder and had to bounce some more tracks down to make more space. There was backing vocals, percussion, keyboard for strings, guitar overdubs and a drum machine. These should sound very good indeed, which is one of the reasons why the Mustique demos are so keenly sought.

Here's my guess at the bonus tracklisting for this:
1. My Big Mouth (Knebworth) 2. Be Here Now (BBC) 3. Don't Go Away (Mustique) 4. Fade In Out (Mustique) 5. I Hope, I Think, I Know (Mustique) 6. D'You Know What I Mean (G-Mex) 7. My Sister Lover (Mustique) 8. Stay Young (Mustique) 9. Stand By Me (BBC) 10. It's Getting Better Man (BBC) 11. Going Nowhere (1992/1993) 12. The Fame (Mustique) 13. All Around The World (Remix) 14. Slow (Mustique)
Yeah, I know Owen Morris said Slow wasn't on the Mustique tapes, but he only mentioned 14 songs, and there was talk back in the day of 15 done. We can wish, eh?

I'd always put ASGOG on the playlist, but I listening back to the record now, I'm happy he finally released it and I think it does fit there. havent listened to ASGOG for a long time.. this song just slipped away for me. and I'd also like an official release of the 11 min. Setting Sun/Fade In Out. I know some fans will feel BETRAYED because it's already available on boots but they should realise the band doesn't owe them anything. they've already got it for FREE so SHUT YER MOANING, yeah.
