What can we expect from the Be Here Now reissue? That's the one I'm looking forward to the most that's for sure.

When I last heard from Owen Morris he said that, in terms of remastering, "Morning Glory is the most improved, to my ears. And Be Here Now is more like Def Maybe: not much done to the 1/2" masters at all.....so for Be Here Now, that is a vast improvement." Thanks to Owen for taking the time to comment on this.
In terms of bonus material, I hope we get a good selection of the Mustique demos. I think it'd be nice to hear some of the rough mixes, with Noel's guide vocals, in full quality as well.

After hearing the kicking these Morning Glory bonus tracks have got, I hope people aren't expecting too much from these Mustique tracks, because they're going to be in a similar vein - Noel and acoustic. Although I don't think it'll literally be one man and his guitar, there'll be a bit more in the way of instrumentation on them.

As I said earlier, this should be the best out of the three, so it would sell well.

This one better be a bloody good remaster, heaven knows Be Here Now needs it. Christ if only Noel laid off the coke and had his senses together and kept a b-side or two back from the WTSMG period that album could have been a classic. It needs for Noel to get his hands on it and edit it down, get rid of Magic Pie, Cut some songs down to size and get Stay young and Going Nowhere on the album (how the fuck did he leave those tunes off). I still love Be Here Now for all it's OTT Bombastic it's the last Oasis album I truly love. Most of the albums after that just never did it for me, still some great stuff on them but far too patchy. I never understand Noel's hate for the album maybe the fact he wasn't on the ball for it hurts the most. I would have loved to see how this album would have turned out with a sober Noel at the helm. I love a documentary on the making of the album with interviews with the band now and other hangers on, it make a good warning for bands today at what not to do plus having Noel wince at every moment would be funny as hell. A bit like Definitely Maybe Doc they did a few years ago but with added drugs and sheer Spinal Tap behaviour. Plus add that BBC documentary they released before the release of the album in 1997 called Right Here, Right Now. Great live disc should be gathered together and the B-sides plus some demos.

All Around The World..............Boardwalk version......... The song Noel says invented Robbie Williams career which is why he hates it. Noel I remember said it was a song he wanted done for the Eurovision song Contest. I love to hear that demo though.

Plus add that BBC documentary they released before the release of the album in 1997 called Right Here, Right Now. Great live disc should be gathered together and the B-sides plus some demos. That's just it imo, that's why Noel professes to hate it so, the thought of what could have been. Hell, even as just a fan I wonder sometimes about that time and it's maddening to think of the utterly stratospheric levels of success they could have reached if they'd got that album right... I'm sure for Noel that's multiplied ten-fold. You'd struggle to find a sneering critic then, if they had written three masterpieces against all the odds... He's since watched bands come and go and none of them have had anything like the following Oasis did for a short while in the UK and of course, Noel knows that nothing he releases from now on will have the same interest around it either. As well if course, he'll never have the capacity to write those kind of tunes again... It must be gutting to have ballsed it up when he had the country in the grip of his hand. Especially, as you said, when the songs were there! D'You Know What I Mean?, Stand By Me, Don't Go Away et cetera and there was plenty of songs that could have been passed over from Morning Glory. Look at Led Zeppelin, the best album the ever did was Physical Graffiti imo, a double-album only because they had an abundance of songs that didn't fit on their over albums. Take Down By The Seaside for example, recorded for IV but it just wouldn't have been right. On Physical Graffiti however, it works like a treat. If Noely G had used his head and not shot his load all at once, it could have been very different. Aquiesce for instance, whilst upbeat anthems may not have been needed on Morning Glory that tune would certainly be an improvement on Be Here Now or I Hope, I Think I Know for me...
All he had to do was stay clean for a few months whilst they recorded it, but alas, it wasn't to be. I expect Noel feels bitter about the whole thing now

I think the stripped back Mustique demos would serve as a very nice complement to the larger-than-life BHN as disc 3. With the Bsides on disc 2, there's still room for a few more things.

I'd say they definitely have a demo of All around the world since they even have clips of them singing it years before BHN.
I'd say:
Demos:

If a Stripped more Acoustic version of Don't Go Away had been the lead single both sides of the Atlantic, Be Here Now's Sales would have been far greater, I'm not American but I reckon a number one album in America for sure
Regards to the reissue, this is the one I'm looking forward to the most but I'm also preparing myself to be underwhelmed. Although it's is very intriguing how they plan to fill 3 disks

Since DYKWIM is my favourite oasis song since it has been released in 97, I am really looking forward to any new version of this track. I'd really love to hear a demo... or even better: Disc three all filled up with various versions of this this song which show it's progression :-) from version 1 (all acoustic) to version 17 (including helicopter noises) :-)))

I'd be perfectly happy just with a live version of "Fade in-out", sung by Liam of course. And, if I can be greedy, the same for "My big mouth".

Reckon we'll get one or two Mustique demos but no more than that. Think everything else will just be live versions that we've already heard, don't know why people are expecting anything monumental given the precedent set by the previous two reissues.
