Surely if you were a mod God you would look and feel like this? "All the young mods, carry their news (of the world)...." couldn't resist it

Be Here Now is superior to 26 of The Rolling Stones' studio albums.

Be Here Now is superior to 26 of The Rolling Stones' studio albums. And the reissue of said superior record will probably take as long as those 26 albums took to record at this rate

Ok, let's rehash what this fucker most likely will have on it............................................
CD 1
- The Remastered Album
CD 2
1. Stay Young 2. Angel Child 3. Heroes 4. Going Nowhere 5. I Got The Fever 6. My Sister Lover 7. The Fame 8. Flashbax 9. Street Fighting Man 10. Hester Skelter (I'll include this since it was recorded in 1997 but releases in 2000)
* I'm shying away from non Be Here Now era material like Sad Song, Fade Away (War Child) and Cigarettes & Alcohol (G-Mex). It would be a cheap move to include those songs on an album from 1997.
* Filling up this CD will prove difficult unless previous unknown songs emerge out of the blue.
CD 3
- Mystique Session (12+ tracks) - Stand By Me (acoustic by pool) - Setting Sun/Fade In-Out (live acoustic version) - Help! (Acoustic version)

Be Here Now is superior to 26 of The Rolling Stones' studio albums. Better than let it bleed, sticky fingers, goats head soup, it's only rock n roll ? Sorry mate you can't compare, I'm sure oasis would be the first to say.

But it kicks the arse out of the other two you said, as far as I'm concerned.

I think the Mustique tape will be with the superdeluxe boxset

I know why Noel's delayed the reissue. He's currently recording a version of All Around the World that will be as long as the reissue has been delayed. AKA... one year.

Nor the DYKWIM mix with strings up!! And perhaps we might get Noel's cover of To Be Someone since he played it on the BHN tour?

Listening to the recorded version of Fade In-Out is like watching the later Harry Potter movies: enjoyable if you're in the right mood, but you can't help but imagine what could have been...

Fair enough mate, let it bleed and sticky fingers are pretty special. Be here now is up there for me as well, one of my favourites.

This thread should not be locked until the arse puts the record out. They no doubt have the tracklist and everything sorted they just need the green light. Noel, put the fucking record out.

(Acoustic version) I seriously doubt we'll get the entire Mustique tape. Judging by the DM & MG reissues you can replace 5 or so of those tracks with some completely random shit live recordings dripping in echo or where Liam forgets the words. Plus some obvious knebworth tracks.

Knebworth? I think G-Mex or something is more likely.
