Hearing any of the Be Here Now demos would be a pleasure. That acoustic version they did of Stand By Me on that documentary was better than the album version.

Wait, you've heard Chasing Yesterday?! Tell us details pleeeeeeeease!!! Yes I've heard the entire Chasing Yesterday album. It's nothing what you expect a Noel album to be. Everyone will be surprised. Tracks 1,3 and 5 stand out and the last 3 tracks that close the album out are atypical...TO SAY THE LEAST. They have a jazzy almost dance type feel. It's what a true artist does...evolve. I enjoy it. As for the delays on BHN, what you have to understand is that there are only a handful, yes maybe 4-5 people trying to get this done. It means digging through footage and painlessly listening to lost songs (I've heard songs I've never even heard of and know will never see the light of day). Also, Noel has to approve of the tracks...it's ALOT. So if you guys want a quality reissue patience is a virtue. I can't wait to see what Brian puts together for the packaging/artwork. I think I've said too much already so this will probably be the last I post on the topic. Live forever. How the fuck did track 8 on CD 3 from Morning Glory get approved? Roll with it sounds absolute shit!

This makes me think that there were several versions of the Mustique demo tapes. Every tracklisting I hear of for the tape is different. In addition, it's still not clear how many songs were demoed at Mustique.

Mr. Monobrow has got some accurate info: monobrowdemos.wordpress.com/be-here-now/

You mean a few of you thought that Pete Bone's description of the Mustique Tape was accurate? No, that was a fake that he spent hours making up so that he could try to steal some rare tracks from me. Seriously dude, why are you still here hanging around. Nobody here likes you. Nobody here respects you. Nobody here trusts you. Now fuck off sonny Jim. There is nothing left for you to do here anymore. You are a disgraced member of this forum......... forever.

That's actually the first NGHFB album demo CD titled "Honeybus"....but my lips are sealed about the SOTSOG demo CD brother. Is this where this thread is going now? "I've got this, this, this and you wouldn't believe I've got THIS. By the way you're never going to hear it and I can't say anything about it, but I'll make damn sure you know I've got it. Bye". If you have got this kind of stuff then good for you, but please spare us all the dick waving.

Speaking to the guys from Ignition on Saturday at the Independent Label Market, the album won't be out until 2015 but the date is not yet confirmed - they said they are not sure if it will be before Chasing Tomorrow. Given it's out on 2nd March there is probably time given it's all ready to go. Sadly they couldn't say what was on CD3 when asked. I asked if the Mustique Demo tape will be there and was told "we can't say a thing". Fingers crossed. It would be immense if that tape was made like the re-issue Live Demonstration cassette was made for the Definitely Maybe release and the 13 track promo of WTSMG release. The precedent is there... Oct 2015 then.. since, Noel stated two times the year the best to release albums and might apply to re-releases. Chasing Yesterday be done for it's run on sales. no he said that in reference to how gigs / festivals etc fall, obv no tours with re issues

It's not like he's coming in here unprovoked or anything. He's ingratiated himself into the Oasis community and provided some info., like the delay of the Be Here Now Reissue and some insight into Noel's new album. God bless.

Maybe they should have just put the fucking record out. Would have had absolutely no impact on Noel's solo career. And maybe on his small round of promotion he would at least been talking about his music rather than what sort of cereal he eats.

And maybe on his small round of promotion he would at least been talking about his music rather than what sort of cereal he eats. Agreed. He should just release it now. It's not going to throw off Chasing Yesterday at all. If anything it'll cause more promotion to push his new solo album further. I'm tired of waiting around for something that should really be out in the shops right now.

Another thing comes to my mind: exactly three years ago (well actually three years before yesterday) we got the awesome Masters Safety Copy of DM, thanks to Howdo. It would be great to have a rip of the Mustique tape as a wonderful Christmas present. I know it's out there, someone's got it for sure. Make your fellow fans happy, whoever you are. Become a legend
