The real question : Will Noel include the rest of the tracks from the finished AA album as b-sides? I think it was finished, he just decided against releasing it for some reason. Why would he release it now if he hated it? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever I don't think he said he hated it. I remember him saying he didn't know if it would work as an album and so he backed out because he wasn't satisfied. As b-sides, it's not really a big deal even if he wasn't completely satisfied with the final products. I don't think it's a stretch to release less than average material as b-sides. |

He said he wasn't happy with the mixes. I don't know what he heard in them (AA) anyway, they seem like a pair of pothead charlatans to me. Really unimaginative psychedelia. |

Now what if Noel collaborated with Pharrell?! Would that go down well? I'd be all for it - I don't know hardly anything of Pharrell's music but that Happy tune is catchy, and his collaboration with Daft Punk on Get Lucky made that single of 2013 in my opinion. |

Hopefully we'll get a proper single with one or two b-sides before November. I'd be happy with that and the confirmation of a March release for the album. Another single before a March release seems likely. Noel's got so many songs at the moment I'm hoping for bonus tracks galore. HFB gave us 16 songs not including Freaky Teeth or the soundchecked songs. Hopefully we can expect at least this amount of songs with HFB2  |
