that hint about november was originally posted by Oasis News Brasil. They are on Twitter and are the most reliable source for Oasis. In early 2011 they said Noel would release his first album in october, so i guess they might be right this time too

if he is in the studio doing to now, november would be an earliest release date! what the release date for the MG and BHN reissues?!? Noel might want to sneak it out before xmas!
re:oasisnewsbrazil - sorry, but that guy was guessing so much last time, sensible guess, and he got about 2 out of 5 right! i'd take stuff he says with a pinch of salt.

Capo on first fret? Looks like Noel is experementing on this album Kitch*n sink anyone? That's actually sadly true I can't think of any Noel songs with the capo on the first fret Record Machine is with the capo on the 1st fret |

I couldn't see the album coming out in November.
I could see Noel going with a DGSS time line with the first single coming out in November and the album in February.

That's actually sadly true I can't think of any Noel songs with the capo on the first fret Record Machine is with the capo on the 1st fret So is Stop The Clocks.... and they played DYKWIM with the capo on the first fret during th HC era... the first two he was adjusting half a tune up since Liam was not going to sing it anymore... the latter they step half a tune down so Liam Liam could reach the high notes... But yeah, its pretty rare for him to use it on the first fret |

Noels album will be January I think It's all about audience size and opportunity. If Noel is doing press for BHN reissues, people are going to be tuning in. If he mentions album news or a new single emerges in November, it can only better his solo career and the reissue project. It's a brilliant PR plan and one I think Noel will be using to his full advantage. |
