my favorite bonus track but it wouldn't fit in the album. I think Liam interprets the lyrics with his personal feelings, making it somewhat private. the "are you giving me up" bit gets me imagine a situation when he may actually say this to somebody..and that breaks my heart...

Brilliant track. Unsure as to why it had to be a bonus track in all honesty.

I changed my mind about this song. Initially I thought it was brilliant, but now it bores me somewhat. The vocals are amazing, and the melody is alright for the first couple minutes, but after that, it just sort of plods along and never seems to end. This exactly, It reminds me of Lets All Make Believe, good tune but with the same issues...

Still one of my fave BE tunes this. Only 100kish youtube views, a hidden Gem?
Should have been a single, or atleast made the album cut imo.

I didn't like that song very much when it fist came out but now it's in my BE tracklist
Seems like Gem wrote about his divorce on this record. He had some good tunes, better than those he had with Oasis.

He had some good tunes, better than those he had with Oasis. Most definitely. Although I do really dig the Richard Fearless mix of To Be Where There's Life, when played live it was a monster.

Yeah the Richard Fearless mix of To Be Where There's Life is gold.
Listening back to Be, it sounds like a very sad record.

Which one of them actually wrote this song? guessing from the use of some more...intermediate chords, that it wasn't Liam.

Always thought this song was great and should have been on the album. Can imagine this on the credits of a James Bond film !
Shame as its done by Beady eye some people will instantly dismiss it. Good tune
