Did we really just get a "production" comment off a bad cell phone recording? Mind blown!

great tune, but the outro feels pretty unnecessary 2bh, disappointed that it's so drawn out - bring in a slow drum beat or something then get back to the chorus and we'd be getting somewhere lol

Although I think either Off at the Next Exit or Start Anew are my favorites so far, I've been humming Don't Brother Me to myself all day, great song!

The outro is epic, I'm absolutely loving the All Around The World-esque baseline
The first bit sounds like a rehash of Wont Let You Down and I'm not really digging it

Really really liking this song. Lyrically I was expecting a bit more but I wasn't disappointed on hearing it.... We know Liam isn't great at writing lyrics, but these are simple and something about it just tells you he means it. The outro starts off pretty abruptly so almost seems like it's separated from the 1st part of the song. But I like experimental stuff like that... So to me it's really awesome.
Not sure who else might know what I'm talking about but the band My Bloody Valentine that released an album earlier this year. There was a track on it called "is this and yes" with atmospheric sounds/music going on similar to the outro in this. If you dig the outro, check that out....seems to be the kind of thing they (or Sitek) were going for with the sound of it.

Love this song, the melody is beautiful. My only criticism is that the outro drags on a minute and a half to long.
Has anyone worked out the chords yet? Really want to do a cover.

Great melody! Don't brother me, together with Start Anew, ballroom figured and of course off at the next exit and back after the break are some great melodies (not only for Beady Eye, also in general!)

Not that keen on it. Nothing exceptional. The lyrics aren't as interesting as I thought they'd be. A bit on the nose. Not atrocious like SBOTA or anything just not the selling point I had been led to believe they'd be judging by the amount of quoting in the reviews. And the outro is just long and boring. Could be just the quality. Maybe it'll come to life live. I also have a had time with part of the melody. When he sings "You know I'm a man" the note that he sings on "MAN" is discordant to me and makes me cringe. It can't be just an odd bum note because he reproduces it again and again. So weird no Oasis or BDI song has ever sounded discordant like that... Anyone else hearing what I mean? I actually like the dissonance of that note. It reminds me of Guess God Thinks I'm Abel which has some similar dissonance with the backing vocals. What ruins the song for me is the "Give peace a chance" line...

Is anyone really surprised by Liam's Beatles references in songs anymore? I mean he had a song called Beatles & Stones on the last album

Like in Shock of the Lighting I actually like the magical mystery line... but this certain one made me cringe for some reason.

On first few listens I didn't like it and didn't get it at all though it was too long with an awful melody, I actually skipped it on my iPhone earlier today,
Then a few hours later found myself humming and singing it so there is something in it I must like, It's not a straightaway classic I think this might me the biggest grower tbh,
Liam's vocals are on point though really good! The bassline is nice awsell

Is it only me who hears the bassline of a coldplay parachute era song(sparks i think)?
I like more the coldplay song.

I like it. People will rubbish the lyrics, but I think it's quite amusing.

It fits perfectly in the song and is a nice throwback to Lennon.

Seconded on the "give peace a chance." I still don't like the sound of that melody. Just sounds off to me.. Reminds me of this
