Another new song from the band. Very much a ballad, Sounds very Velvet Underground but's it's a nice change of pace from them.

Great single and the video is just like a Acid trip. They never disappoint these guys. Although i agree with you mate, do you ever go on the Arctic Monkeys forum? Some of them on there seem disappointed by loads of stuff, only posted a couple of times on there because its so depressing, half of 'em seem to think SIAS was just average and bland! I know we get some bellends on here too but that place winds me up even more. Not so many WUMs so to speak, but the average opinion seems a bit 'snobbish' to me. Agree with you on the new tune though, first listen was a 'meh' but after hearing it 5 or 6 times it has grown massively, that riff is great.

Yeah, I've been on the Site (AMUS) and they piss and moan about everything. They are very snobbish and only ever big up B-sides.I don't get the hate for Suck It and See to be honest. It's a perfect Indie album many of the Humbug fan's just hate on cause it's not Humbug part 2. This site isn't too bad as the Monkeys forum which drives you mad cause if you don't agree you are outcasted. Any sign of change by the Monkeys it's knocked.

New Arctic Monkeys Video.... I'm not a big fan of the AM, but I can say this hooked me more than anything in BE.

Fantastic song, love it! Is there an album on the way anytime soon? Heard maybe September for the album release, nothing for certain just a rumour but sounds about right to me. They are headlining Glastonbury a week tomorrow though, looking forward to that.

Something else to look forward to this year I guess.

Best band around at the moment for me. Their first album is up there with Definitely Maybe and WTSMG as one of my favourite albums and the rest of their albums are all very good. You rarely ever hear a bad Noel or Turner song. If the rest of the songs sound like R U Mine and Do I Wanna Know then this could be their best album yet.

Even though i know those songs off by heart having heard them all so many times i'm still getting chills watching that, keep breaking out in goosebumps, simply AMAZING. Only band to do that to me since Oasis.

And with R U Mine and Do I Wanna Know? as singles I have high hopes for the next one!

Love the new stuff. They have this incredible ability to make me love the next "era" of the band more than the previous. Every single time. When Favourite Worst Nightmare came out it eclipsed Whatever... for me. Then Humbug blew my mind. Then they went to that great summery '60s place for Suck It And See and made me fall in love with that album. Then R U Mine? comes out and is my favorite thing they've ever done. Now I'm addicted to Do I Wanna Know?
Very special band.

Just cant stop listening to Do I Wanna Know, on repeat over and over again, must have heard it 30/40 times already. The other new one Mad Sounds has got me hooked now also, and thats not even been released proper yet. New albums gonna be great, you'd imagine it would go straight to no.1, i hope it does anyway, i know the charts don't mean a lot these days but they deserve it. That would be 5 straight no.1 albums which is some going by anyones standards.
