and somehow it's even worse than the last one. First airing: Wonderwall at the Olympic closing ceremony. More nasal than ever with no depth to it at all. Unpleasant timbre. His vocal cords must be hugely different to what they once were, and I mean that in a physical/literal sense.
I know there's been millions of threads on this topic, but it still intrigues me. Even in 2005 when he had some utterly shocking gigs I still felt there was hope for his voice but now it just feels like it's gone past the point of no return.

Saying that, he had an amazing gig in Warrington in June last year. What happened to his voice between June (Warrington) and August (Olympics) !?

2005 voice was awful....a real shame as DBTT is a great record, shame he cant sing on it! much prefer the sound of it now compared to 2005.

I actually really like the vocals on DBTT (even the live gig in Manchester 2005 was spot on for me). I won't let you down is one of my fave latter day Oasis Bsides as well. But then I didn't get into Bob Dylan until Time out of Mind when his voice was shot to buggary but I love it

He'll sound good at the first few gigs of the news tour but after that it'll be downhill baby!

Yes, we get it, Liam's voice has gotten worse over the years, anyone with ears knows that. There's no need for this thread

In those live radio sessions he did for the last Beady Eye album he sounded almost as good as I've ever heard him sing. His voice in general over the last tour was a lot better than his last couple of Oasis tours. Start Anew sounds like a wonderful vocal as well. All is not lost, just embrace the change.

Your last 2 posts were not deleted, but removed to where they belong to. You can post your opinion, but posting fanboy (not fanboi)this, fanboy that, s**t this, s**t that aren't needed. and this is Oasis/Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds/Beady Eye forum if you didn't know that. Thanks.

Oh come on now you know what your doing... I've looked through your recent posts and seen all that kermit nonsense, criticism is fine of course but you're trolling beady eye pages constantly like quite a few others with no intention of saying a positive thing about beady eye, instead just trying to provoke a reaction from the "fanboi's" as you elegantly put it
