Interesting, seems the Album gets quieter and quieter towards the end, like Liam said on XFM last night you expect the songs to get bigger and bigger but in this case it's quite often the opposite. To the point where they just go "see ya!haha.
Noticed that this NME blogger has remained very impartial.....
Have found a couple of reviews on websites this morning, mainly american ones (even a rock magazine) that have been very complimentary of what they have heard from "BE" so far.

Reading this has got me a lot more hyped for the album... Looking forward to hearing the songs about Noel like Don't Brother Me, Ballroom Figured and Start Anew

Ughhh, those lyrics man...
I hope they translate a lot better in context when Liam sings them.

A real sun-through-the-shrubs moment, as uplifting organs underpin Liam singing, “Help me understand, take me as I am, I change my point of view, anything for you.” Wind sweeps through Glasvegas-y guitar washes, the gentle acoustic kicks back and forth, and we end on one of the most tender moments Liam’s ever helmed. The last line he sings on album? “Come on take a chance and start anew, me and you, me and you...” Dare we suggest that it too is directed at a certai… OK, sorry, just draw your own conclusions, eh? ^^ That would confirm that Dreaming Of Some Space is Start Anew backwards

Not sure about some of the lyrics...
Its time to shine, lets take a walk, sing a song, all day long... lalalala...
I'm pretty good at writing Liam-esk lyrics too!

Well, the reviewer certainly avoided doing any value judgement...
I honestly don't care that much about the lyrics, I'm wondering about the songwriting.

Is that the NME review ? or just a columnists take ? I seem to remember they used to rate the albums 1-10 scale , but haven't kept up to pace since DOYS . Only buy the uncut NME special editions since I moved . Fuckin spellcheck. Sorry

One American magazine compared it to "Sounds a little bit like the Zombies’ Time of the Season, huh?"

Typical shallow, half-arsed NME review there.
How many other bands have they name-checked there?

Is Liam capable of writing a musical phrase that lasts longer than half a second?
Excited for the album, though.

One American magazine compared it to "Sounds a little bit like the Zombies’ Time of the Season, huh?" This is a common knock I've been seeing on social media about the song, based solely off the drum beat...though I only think it sounds comparable at the very start, and changes quickly. People are doing the same thing with Flick of the Finger by comparing it to Velvet Underground....lazy asses...

NME's track by track reviews can be annoying... I'm not an idiot but there are times when I can't tell if they're praising a song or being sarcastic. But if this reviewer called Second Bite of the Apple 'brilliant,' I don't really want to take his word for anything else... Still, it seems like music reviews from BE so far have been mostly positive, so that's a good thing as I do want to support Beady Eye even though I'm not liking this new single.

why'd you block me, pussy? don't like getting trolled like you do to everyone else? fuck yeah! But I do recommend making your way to Craigslist, I'm sure the patrons there are much more personable and much more suited to your needs (i.e. deficiencies). Do all of us a favour and take your own advice.
