I'm watching Alan McGee on Vintage TV right now, where's he's chosen a playlist and talks about why he likes the songs.
So fare he's chosen Subterranean Homesick Blues - Bob Dylan; Le Freak - Chic; a My Bloody Valentine Song, and All Around The World - Daft Punk.

The Inbetweeners 2 Movie.
Was slightly better than the travesty of the first. Was much more unpolished, and more like classic Inbetweeners, could have been in the Series which is a compliment. (The trailer to the second movie was utter shit, though). The final third dragged the fuck on unnecessarily, but the prior two thirds were good.
Although nothing as good as Will's dance from the first movie, which is so epic I'm including it here, still fucking hilarious:

Note to self, don't underestimate what JMB can do:
I see United Back running the Prix D'Amerique next year.

Man Down. I haven't laughed that much at a TV programme for a long time.

Anyone ever watched Lilyhammer? It's great! It's on Netflix, even the uk one which has nothing, and it's got Steve Van Zandt in it. Really great characters who just grow and grow, and every time you find yourself thinking 'oh not seen so and so in ages, wish they'd come back', they reappear in some ridiculous way. Great show, highly recommend it

Watched Kingsman: The Secret Service - Very enjoyable film, nothing groundbreaking but decent 2 hours with a good cast

Robbie Williams performing at Pinkpop on TV. My eyes hurt. "He's got such lovely eyes" said one of the girls at barrier. Yawn.

I really enjoyed it but felt that most of the sequences which should have taken your breath away where in the trailer... So it lacked the wow-factor the original had. Plus, in the original, most of the characters had story arcs and ended the film in a different place than when we first met them... This film only had a couple of characters with an arc and there was rarely a sense of peril.
However, the finale really saved it for me and although it was predictable, I really thought it was the best showdown of the series so far.

Probably 'Russian car crashes' on youtube. I'm watching those compilations at least a few times a week.

It didn't and wouldn't have that wow factor the first one had but that was a gamechanger and wouldn't be bet so took this at face value. Some bits I didn't like but the majority was a very good blockbuster. I only watched the first trailer but a lot was given away and took some joy out of experiencing it during the movie. Overall from start to finish better than The Lost World, although I love the Lost World but the final act takes it down a notch.

I really enjoyed the final act.
