Had Liam been able to write decent lyrics, I believe the dynamics inside the band would have been completely altered around the time when Noel's classics have begun to dry up after MG, and they would have paved their road further upwards with much ease. The same could be said about a lot of Liam's traits. Also, if I had 2 dingles then I could have more sex. I don't really get what you are getting at?

Hmm here's mine. Oasis songs I think suck-
Magic Pie Little James Sunday Morning Call She is Love
Other stuff-
I think DOYS is their best post-90s album.
For the most part I love Be Here Now and 'The Girl in the Dirty Shirt' was my favorite song on it for a while. xD
I like the Beady Eye album better than Noel's.
THERE!

That I really dig Liam's melodies (bar a few rockers), even more so than a majority of Noel tunes. Although I know a good deal of agreement would follow on this, it had to be mentioned cause his melodies are.. well.. my style. I like their brightness, the hope that they evoke in me. Noel's tunes are more relaxed and sometimes that makes them boring. Had to be more direct there.

I'd rather have a 2 disc Blu Ray Release of ...There And Then with the missing tunes off each night on the second disc than a Knebworth release tbh, although I'd still like it to be released.

I spent £65 on the Familiar to Millions LP, £50 on the Masterplan 10" box set, £30 on the Stop the Clocks LP £38 on MG LP and other amounts on more oasis vinyl, and I don't regret a thing!
Be Here now is brilliant
I prefer Beady Eye to Noel's album simply because Noel's is very samey.

I once forgot what Acquiesce sounded like while listening to Oasis Berlin 2002 gig and didn't know it was Acquiesce until Liam started singing.

I find it funny when people say that Liam should've sung Everybody's On The Run if Oasis were still together. He would have butchered the song live at least. No way he would have been able to sing that particular song better than Noel. In 1995 sure, but now no way!

Studio version is great imo and for that reason i believe EOTR with Liam on vocals would've been nice to hear it. I am talking only for studio, not live. Live is another story, unfortunately...

I'd just dont like the knebworth gig
I don't like (WTS)MG as an album, i do like all the songs on it, except the swamp song parts, for some reason it just sound right as an album. I listen to it a lot, but it feels more like a compilation album, just like The Masterplan
I really love Be Here Now
I dont like the production on DM, they should've produced it like WTSMG
I dont like Angel Child, dunno why, just dont like it.
There I said it!

I can't fucking stand Stop Crying Your Heart Out, too much of a cliche ballad for me. The studio version of Wonderwall is probably up there in my Oasis top 10, the instruments are dead on, the arpeggio bits before the chorus are beautiful and Liams voice is,for lack of a better description, fookin top And Zak Starkey was a bit naff in Oasis, his work live with The Who does him justice though.

Then I'm afraid you're not a fan of Oasis. I don't think too many people on this forum are fans of you I honestly couldn't care less. Why does every debate have to come back to popularity on here? It's like pathetic school playground nonsense has become irrevocably engrained in this forum.

oh.. there are so many.. - Oasis were never the same without Alan White. The only guy who ever nailed DLBIA (not that is the best song anyways but drums are very nice in that tune.) - Liam has never been a professional singer/musician imo. Just a bloke with attitude and good voice (until 98 or maybe 99?). Plus I think I can count one or two songs he wrote that I like. I just hate Songbird. really crappy song. - the same setlist for all gigs are just a big disapointment to me. - I was glad when the band split. I thought it was overtime.. I thought of that the last time I saw them live in 2009. The band were sounding like a cover of themselves. - I never liked Andy.. he always looked bored on stage and arrogant outside of it..
anyways.. there I said it!!
