I don't know if I can list multiple songs, because usually takes one song to make me love the artist or band.
Oasis - Wonderwall... First time hear it in 1996. It's the band I love and connect to my generation. I heard growing up many artist and great music, but Oasis and Wonderwall was one I could call my own. Rest is history and Noel as solo artist was never a questioned. The album is only cd care to still own really. Special meaning and I played the album to death really.
The Smashing Pumpkins - 1979 got me into some of the pumpkins stuff and that one is only real song takes me back being young.
Nirvana - Breed. I grew up Nirvana and Grunge at my backdoor, but as a Nirvana took me later, because saturation of it and everyone to their grandmother had heard Nirvana stories. Later after Kurt's death and Nirvana itself was gone from the mainstream gave me the opportunity to experience to become a fan. I know the area Kurt grew up in and everything connected. Total respect. Breed just intense and really good rhythm/ lyrics songs.
The Doors - Spanish Caravan. Different than most the Doors songs. I think we all heard Doors songs growing up and yes, I was unfortunately not part of The Doors moment. For into the Doors in my 20's. Downloading videos and songs. If anyone sat watched their concerts /videos and really listen to their albums. I can tell you every member of the band is super talented and wasn't just Jim. Their influence effected Rock n' Roll music decades on.
The Beatles- I Want You (She's So Heavy). The Beatles has so many songs and most of us heard The Beatles growing up, but again for me that song is special hidden away compare to hits like Come Together, Hey Jude, Yesterday and list goes on.
List more later....
