He said he'll still be on tour when it drops and he has said he'll play songs off it. Like, what if "it drops" and he can't pick it up from that point on? like, it's all broken to pieces like a proper vase and there's no point, ja know what I mean?

You are mental (in the Wayne's World sense). I assume he will play a more normal simpler version of the songs....i cant imagine the high flying birds pulling it off By that time, the Birds may well be a completely different set of people.

NOEL IS BOOOOOOORING, please understand people. He won´t change the setlist for the next 6 months at least. Then he will add or change just 1 song or 2 in the acoustic moment. Bot a big surprise from him...

What about a solid ten minutes of stand-up before the encore?
Or at least a couple of kenny rogers covers.
fuck.

Pearl Jam are the masters of changing a setlist up! And all this stuff about "oh its too hard for the band to learn more songs" is a load of bollocks! If I was a member of a touring band for a rock star I'd make it my business to learn everyone of his songs possible. And lets face it, Oasis songs aren't that hard to play... The fact of the matter is Noel is a lazy bastard. He doesn't do gigs for fun or for the passion but for the money. He's simply going through the motions. That's all it's about and he'd say that himself if he was asked. And I know it may only be the big fans who have complaints about this, but these big fans are the same people who've supported Noel/Oasis for god knows how long and have bought every release available. When I go to a gig I want to experience something unique and special, and unfortunately, I don't get that feeling when I know exactly what songs will be played and in exactly what order. The gigs have absolutely zero element of suprise. Pearl Jam are the masters? ARe you kidding? Ever listen to the grateful dead? Or Phish? Or Umphrey's McGee? These bands never repeat a setlist. Ever. They won't even repeat a song two gigs in a row... And on top of that, much of their set is purely improv. Honestly I wouldn't pay money to see Noel live. Why the fuck would I? It's not like it's any different than the studio recording? They don't improvise or do anything interesting. I'll stick to seeing bands that actually put on a musical PERFORMANCE. Like Umphrey's McGee.

though at least that was an Oasis show... not a "half of oasis" show, you got Liam AND Noel, not just Noel, it'd just seem as if it could become a bit too monotonous. just my opinion though

I have no problem with him not changing the setlist at the moment, as 80% of fans at his gigs are casual fans, they don't care about the setlist. But I do hope he has planned something different for the arena dates, it would be great if he adds The Masterplan and Falling Down.
And for those who have problem with the setlist...at least you got to see him. I would have to grab my passport, book a ticket, and fly half the planet to see HFB/BDI. Don't complain. The place where I live sucks. Bands rarely tour here.

And for those who have problem with the setlist...at least you got to see him. Agreed. I'm quite lucky cos I can see so many bands overhere. I really love to going to a gig and I've seen BE twice and Noel once this year, so I can't complain. Hope you'll be able to see the lads in the near future, anaivasis.

I wonder why he's not played any songs from DOYS? Well falling down is a great song but live, it was never quite right. I guess i could do WFTR but it's not a very famous Oasis song and he's focusing on those. It could replace Mucky Fingers I guess. And what a joke if he was doing GOYHHL.
