i would say 99% of people at a noel gig would say they are oasis songs anyway... thats because they are oasis songs. like its said above he can do what ever he wants with them he wrote them.. but they will always be oasis songs, made famous by oasis, loved by crowds who went to see oasis etc etc exactly, only problem is, fanboys just wanna deny that fact at all cost. |

Yes, if you ask my mum, she will say they're Oasis songs. But she's not at the fucking gig is she? Understand you thick fuck? I actually laughed at that. ;D And I really think people need to chill out, it doesn't seem that complicated to me, people that say they don't want to hear Noel play Oasis songs just don't go to the gigs, problem solved, if you want to hear Noel play NGHFB stuff then go to the gigs and grit your teeth through the Oasis songs (although I'd imagine you're not going to complain about getting more songs when you're there). |

Pointless discussion but that haven't stopped me before.
In my mind he played some Noel songs and some Oasis songs tonight. I wouldn't call the latter Noel songs just like I wouldn't call Spain's world cup victory last year "Iniesta's world cup".

I fucking dislike lgfaver and Jilliam. If you dont wanna listen Oasis songs, don´t go to the fucking concerts. If you want short concerts made of mediocre new songs, go see Beady Eye, you won´t have any problem to get tickets. If you think Liam has more balls than Noel, go lick it and let the normal people enjoy Noel´s new and old music. The leak it is imminent what a retardical piece of shit. Like I give a flying fuck if you dislike me. Im definitely not sleeping over this tonight. well amongst the anger, I gotta say that I'm really pleased with that setlist. Apart from Mucky Fingers, which admittedly is a fun song and I remember as being pretty decent live with Oasis, its a great set of Oasis songs to pick. Yes he could of done the Masterplan and Slide Away, but if he'd done them instead people would have complained that he's only doing the ones he did at TCT and why not try other ones. Realistically, he'll probably change them around so we'll get to hear more. Although LBL isnt a classic, I can imagine it as a great sing along closer. Also very excited by a new song!

Speed makes it little more accessible for the crowds too. I have the album version to go slow. He can pull it out acoustically if he needs to, I like it.
