I don't think the poll was needed, I can tell you the result of it now if you like?

i believe that this poll is without vote, because they are different albums with different songwriters and if someone is Oasis fan must choose both of them.. howewer both beat my heart and i'm really satisfied about two works, Oasis live forever

I feel bad for BE with this poll. You know what the result will be. BE made a good album with the potential for the next one to be better. Leave them out of it instead of setting them up for embarrassment cause they don't deserve it.

somewhat predictably I have to go with noel, but beady eye made a great album with some great tunes, flw is rocking, the roller is great, and wigwam is gorgeous. And that is only three songs! Plus I have a lot of faith in BE, they made ITBWAB, which is one of my favorite songs. simply beautiful. Noel has the upper hand writing wise but don't doubt BE, they're great.

Beady Eye are good but come on, there's no contest here.

Beady Eye are good but come on, there's no contest here. I can see why many Oasis fans would think that and that's fair enough. I mean there really are some moments greatness on this record and not really a dud on it. But it doesn't have the fire or the spirit I get from listening to an album sung by Liam.

I've not heard Noels album in full - apart from what we've been treated to already - but by passing BE's effort will not be easy. Underrate them at your own peril.

Why are you so mad? Still see the Kaiser Chiefs are going to save rock n roll. it's cool, some can't grasp their brilliance. They have their share of duds too...happens when you put 60 tunes out in 5 years.

I personally care about the end product, nothing else.
And just because it's "predictable" that one will utterly destroy another before the race even begins doesn't invalidate a fucking thing.
Ummmm, noel gallaghers resume vs the other 3, combined?
beyond a joke. So then of course- barring divine intervention or a 3-fold lobotomy- one will almost certainly eclipse the other.
both albums were known quantites both in scope and quality (give or take a grade) because of a near two decade-long track-record.
Which is not to say BDI's album is garbage, because it's not. But in the same breath, the best of Noel's have and always will disintegrate the others.
That's just called a "gift".
Liam does have a different sounding voice though.

only a masochistic dipshit would actually post that, so then, no. So long as you spout ignorant bullshit and I'm aware of it, I'm afraid I cannot help myself. Personal flaw, I suppose.

I haven't even heard it yet but I know based on the singles alone that Noel's album is in a different class from DGSS.

Beady Eye exceeded expectations, while in my opinion Noel only met expectations. That being said, Noel's expectations were higher. Overall NGHFB is a better album, but Beady Eye's is still very good.

Obviously this is going on guesswork but I think beady eye will walk all over Noel live, he just hasnt got enough charisma.
