This thread is about keeping forum members updated with latest chart positions of Noel's newest single, post any news you have in this thread. I'll get the ball rolling: Currently: No. 16 on UK iTunes chart a day after release.
(The Death of You and Me is up to 71.)UK users: if you haven't already bought a copy, get your credit card out and download it. If you have already bought a copy, get your credit card out and buy another one (idea: send it as a gift via Noel's official site). Otherwise, I'm gonna kick you in the nuts.

I'm completely surprised. TDOYAM peaked at what, #18 on Itunes?
We'll see if it keeps up. The only problem is that the downloads are 100% of his sales. There are no physical sales to fall back on. So if he's going to do anything, the digital sales have to be better than #16. Just sayin.....

It's not currently being playlisted on any BBC radio station either, so anything in the top 40 at first week will be a result, IMO. I know it's on the Vauxhall advert, but a lot of people have PVRs these days, and just skip through the adverts. A soundtrack on a TV advert isn't the attention grabber it once was.

TDOYAM had another version somewhere around #70 on iTunes also meaning sales were a bit spread out between the 2 versions. This is the only version of AKA... WAL! on iTunes so everyone has to go for this one

I haven't got this yet as I can't pay by Paypal. If someone can order one and put in my shipping address, I'd appreciate that very much. I'll pay ahead obviously, should be around 7 pounds including shipping.

Coldplay's new song past it out earlier so it went back down to 15. It's getting nice promo though in that the Vauxhall ad is getting a decent amout of plays so I would be surprised if it dropped as quickly as TDOYAM.

Are there other charts where What a Life is charting? It's #29 on Irish iTunes, if that's what you're looking for
