Please no!
I NEVER want him to do this live EVER again!!!
Angel Child, Underneath The Sky, Where Did It All Go Wrong?, Shout It Out Loud WAYYYYY before he ever plays this live!! Hell, I'd EVEN take Take Me Away or It's Better People! I HATE it!
One of the worst tracks he has ever put on an album.....would have been passable as a b-side!

It's Better People would be better & Angel Child will still be getting a shout.
As for Magic Pie, that acoustic version is ace, thanks for posting. Love the 2nd "in our own tihime" bit.
He'll never do it though, doubt it's even on his radar.

I've always liked the tune and wouldn't mind seeing it return to a live setlist. I highly doubt it will however. If he is going to play 4-5 Oasis songs I feel it'll probably be Half The World Away, The Masterplan, Don't Look Back In Anger, The Importance of Being Idle and maybe Waiting For The Rapture. Who knows. I have a funny feeling Supersonic might pop its head in the setlist. He keeps talking about it in almost every interview this summer.

It's insanely good live:

It's insanely good live: So is Slide Away. I'd prefer he plays that over Talk Tonight which is awesome as well. We shall see what he comes up with. I doubt the setlist will change at all once the tour gets moving. Oasis never varied it up the last decade plus.

To be honest I would be a tad disappointe if Slide Away and Talk Tonight weren't on the set list.
5 Oasis songs I would like:
Carry Us All Talk Tonight Slide Away Take Me Away Masterplan

The likelihood is the 5 will be:
Don't Look Back In Anger The Masterplan Half The World Away The Importance Of Being Idle Slide Away
BUT would love to see, ideally: (one of, if not more) Carry Us All Shout It Out Loud The Girl In A Dirty Shirt Underneath The Sky or D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?
Actually imagine him pulling out something like Hey Now!

Magic Pie is the sound of Oasis.
Noels cocaine, lyrics, voice, and the rest of the band and producers blindly following.
I fucking love it.
YES.

why not? stranger things have happened Name 1. Digsy's Diner + Rockin Chair at the TCT... I think there's a chance Noel can switch things up once we see how he's presenting the songs. If he's just playing them acoustically, he can play anything he wants really, even something as random as D'You Wanna Be A Spaceman? Oasis never switched up their setlists mainly due to touring and routine, but since Noel's Oasis stuff isn't exactly going to be the main bit of his setlist...there's a good chance for variation.

For god sake, NOEL, if you read this thread, DO NOT PLAY MAGIC PIE!. That song is the epitome of his atrocious lyrics, overly long, coke headed over-indulgence. Seriously, the chorus is awful. WTF is a magic pie?, does it have magic mushrooms in it?, seriously people... The worst song on Be Here Now.

I think that the first verse is the only worthy of being played as a snippet only to tease the fans...

Apart from the chorus lyrics (the rest are great), I quite like it. It's a song I enjoy a lot when listening to the ablum, rather than on its own, but I do like it. I prefer the album version over the acoustic actually.
