they need to be gone. I will admit I liked their first three albums but as the years have gone on their music, even their old has just faded and just doesn't hold my attention. Their newest album was completely horrible.

they need to be gone. I will admit I liked their first three albums but as the years have gone on their music, even their old has just faded and just doesn't hold my attention. Their newest album was completely horrible. true(about their last album) though i like some of their early stuff and i actually enjoyed "Only By The Night". I think they're one of the last remaining true rock bands. just my opinion though... |

Their newest album was completely horrible. YES... OBTN and CASD weren't even worth releasing... I think they kind of accidentally made OBTN a pop hit... Then felt they had to do what the public wanted with the CASD and that fucked them up... It's sad, relly to see what was a genuinely great band crumble before your eyes... It's almost like the end of Woolworths :/ |

'Pony Up' from the last album is a great song, best since some off their third album. First 2 albums were fantastic. But yeah, they should call it a day.

First two albums up there with DM and MG? Go listen to all 4 albums again lad. OATF has it spot on (except there are 5 albums)... I can't see any way that the first 2 are as good as DM or MG... They're good, but they're not that good... There are barely any albums since those two that could give them a run for their money... I could think of about 5... Urban Hymns Origin Of Symmetry Sam's Town (Although that's quite far behind those two... Could put up a good fight though) West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum The Colour Of The Trap And people always rave about Arctic Monkeys, but I don't see the fascination with them... And I like Viva Brother *hides* |
