just passing this along, Bookie (long time fan of Oasis and the Gallagher bros) is a DJ from Edge102 in Toronto and posted the following in his blog: OK So here's the video for the track "The Death Of You And Me".
It's the first single in the UK ..however the first single for North America is a tune called "If Had A Gun" which we should have in a month. so this will do for now!
"The Death Of You And Me" will remind Oasis fans of the track 'The Importance Of Being Idle" off of 2007's 'Don't Believe The Truth'
Noel Gallagher And His High Flying Birds will hit UK stores October 17th

so noels rumoured to be in USA november 8th? so we can expect a brief uk tour pretty soon after the album releases

if i remember correctly it was this "Bookie" who for weeks claimed he was to premiere Falling Down and hyped it up for weeks then on the day he revealed it was the remix. i dont like the man.

And lgfaver, what are you talking about having the album in early August? No way in hell will it leak 2 months before release. This isn't 2002. Based on recent history we'd have to assume we'll be lucky to get it 2 weeks before release.

I believe the above gentleman was making a poorly executed joke about a leak in early August. nah, its just i sat through hours of listening to Bookies radio station over the internet a few years ago to hear Falling Down, then in the end it was the Chem Bros remix which he failed to mention over the course of hyping it up for 2 hours, so what im saying is I dont trust this Bookie character one bit |
