Stc, rm, if I had a gun n one other acoustic song in the running to feature. "the death of you n me" video has been shot now being considered as a non album track rather a taster due to leak. Nice one, Jamie. Are we getting the "out there" Amorphous Androgynous album or the safe play mainstream album? |

Only that The Death of You and Me will not be included on the album due to the title leak (wtf?) rather it will be a stand alone single. Single in september, album in October |

Jamie seems to delete quite a few of his posts lately, he did a massive essay on how he met the band and became their poodle, then he deleted it for some unknown bizarre reason known only to himself. Even George can't work him out  |

I hate stand alone singles, don't see the point in them. It's less music and more waiting around. F#ck that for a game of soldiers. Not really. I'd prefer album singles until album release. 2-3 of them. Then after the album release if there are an 1-2 non-album singles that'd be ideal. If he does a stand alone single now I imagine he'd be much more likely to do them in the future. I think album singles weeks after the album release are so useless. The only thing there is to care about are the b-sides. I think of them as bonus material...not detractions from material. I don't see how a single with a b-side or two could be seen as less music, especially since it isn't even cutting in on the forthcoming albums material which we we're going to get anyways. Additionally it'd mean that there is a whole albums worth of material and singles still coming. |

I can't believe we're this far along and they still haven't decided which tracks should go on the album yet.
If it's all recorded, you'd think those kind of decisions would only take a day or two to make, at most.
