Looking at youtube clips from tuesday night at Liverpool, Liam was in tip top shape. He looks veryyy happy as his vocals are spot on, with no noticeable breathing problems. So he looks like he has recovered from his cold. Shame he wasn't this good for Jools.
This guy has uploaded the whole gig. Check it out.
I was gonna go aswell damnnnnnn. Also Gem looks like he is wearing that pretty green shirt.

Was at the gig, was very happy yes, also quite a bit of banter with Gem
Vocals were great. Although he did get the lyrics to Bring the Light wrong!

Jesus christ, LIAM!!! this tour Liam's vocals have been hit or miss but this is fucking awesome. i can imagine him actually being to deliver on a song like say... Rocking Chair or Listen Up . seriously tho, props to him.

Watching all the videos right now! Too bad the sound of the video isn't really good, but damn LIAM IS SOUNDING AMAZING! It has to be said, it's surreal how good he's singing (and it looks like he's enjoying it as well!)

He even seems to be coping well with the majority of For Anyone.
I still dont think this is '95 standards, nothing will ever touch that. This could easily be Liam on the back end of the BHN tour though. Getting rid of those ear monitors and not having a big wall of noise surrounding him has helped.
Beady Eye have nailed it live though, despite how people rate the tunes.

I don't think he sounds much different than other beady eye gigs (minus the ones where he had a cold). I think the sound quality is tricking people. He sounds flat during the chorus of Three Ring Circus and he's a bit spotty during The Roller.
He's miles better than DOYS but not incredible. He is holding notes really well though. I'd say he's getting close to SOTSOG tour form if he's not there already. Pretty remarkable considering that's over 10 years ago.

Nah. He's out of tune on a few clips I watched. Weird, his tuning is normally spot on regardless of how shit his voice is sounding. For Anyone from this gig is really awful.

For Anyone from this gig is really awful. i actually liked For Anyone(for the first time). SOTEOTN still sounds like crap(the band more so than Liam) compared to the album version tho...

You can even see Liam smiling during the interlude on The Beat Goes On. That same gig. That's nice =)

Call me crazy, but I wonder if the gum helps at all? I remember seeing him with gum in a select other performances, like the Guess God Thinks I'm Abel version he did with Gem and his vocals were excellent. I've heard gum helps lubricate your vocal chords or something like that.

But chewing it while you're singing it's not good. In according to the singing coaches I've met, anyway. They say that it lower your range with half a key or something. If you know what I mean? It's hard to explain in english for me.

like someone else said, if not late late 90's, definitely in the Familiar To Millions tour's territory.

I agree! But he shouts to much on For Anyone. Albeit a hard song to do live, he does it some justice of course. I'll turn in now

This was his best night with Beady Eye. He sounds so young on The Beat Goes On - 90's like.

He sounds spot on in these. Love the way he holds the notes in Kill for a Dream.
