FLW - good, not as good as Radio 1 performance. TR - Alright, not as good as Radio 1 or KEXP but best vocal of the show. BTL - Pure energy, Liam's vox is flat but get's away with it. KFAD - Murdered the vocals and I could see it coming because of the previous. Was this definitely recorded before the other sessions?? Agree with KFAD but this was a live setting and more what they will sound like on tour, impressed with it overall!

I thought his Kill For A Dream vocals were the best vocals of the show!

Abbey Road recording date was 5th Feb. Radio 1 was 11th Feb. Not sure of KEXP sesh.
I'll get audio up before the C4 programme, but video will have to wait. Have different recording setups between Q (on Virgin) and C4 via Freeview, the latter allows me to transfer to PC in RAW MPEG2 form, to record from Virgin I need to transfer to DVD then to PC.

Worth pointing out that during Radio 1 and maybe during KEXP sessions, Liam was wearing a proper set of headphones. During the Abbey Road session, he was wearing his usual IEM earphones. Didn't think he sounded too bad, myself, although KFAD was a bit ropey.

Unk? I believe I messed up the time zones. I thought it would be another hour untill they'd broadcast it? It is 11:18 now in England, now it is? And it's broadcast at 11:45?

Reading all your comments, I really can't wait to see that session but you made me worry about liam's voice.. i wouldn't worry some are just very picky when it comes to the quality of liam's voice. if it ever reaches the depths of his voice in the dbtt tour then i'd start to worry, so far everything i heard tells me he's far from that.

He sounded really, really stretched on that little clip of Beatles & Stones.
Four Letter Word was average to good. Similar to better performances in 09, this will be as good as it gets though and its in tune and he is holding the notes so major complaints so far.

Thanks a lot for doing this ! Watching it right now, and yeah Liam's voice isnt better than I expected, sounds more natural to me than the other radio sessions (even if his voice was just perfect there)
