I like Andy's voice better than Gems
Who do you think will be the leader of Beady Eye? (I myself am expecting Andy Bell to step up in a big way...I'm not sure Liam has a personality geared towards managing situations and people)

I can't imagine anyone but Liam. He's the one everyone wants to interview, no doubt. And I do think Liam can manage it. Do you think Noel gave Liam a birthday present or at least a call? Or maybe Liam Noel earlier this year to his (Noel's) birthday?

I think that Liam will obviously be the frontman and do most of the promo...but I am thinking more of who the person to take charge in the studio and such will be. I can't imagine Liam taking over all Noels old roles.
As for the birthday things...I don't think so...I think they are still being all bitter. I don' subscribe to the staged publicity stunt theory...I think they are genuinely disgruntled.
How long do you think it'll be for Noel to start back in a studio?

he'll probably start recording his album at the beginning of 2012, and get a single out in October 2012 Guess the date of Beady Eye's first release! (i hope this counts as a question )

In the case of andy Turn Up The Sun and Gem only a live performance of TBWTL would do it
Do BE has a potential hit(in the us) in their hands?

well, i would say anything is possible, but the odds are very very very slim. for them to pull it off the tune would have to have an extremely catchy hook, with appeal to multiple formats (a.o.r., pop, alternative, etc. ) ... the way kid rock scored an unlikely hit with 'all summer long' (country, pop, and a.c.) or m.i.a.'s 'paper planes' (pop, hip hop, alternative) <- there are better examples of this, but those are the two that popped into my head a.t.m. and beadyeyeunofficial, thanks for answering, but you misunderstood. perhaps i should have phrased it 'lead-off single' from each album, instead of first. (i.e.: shock from d.o.y.s. , lyla from d.b.t.t. , hindu from h.c. , g.l.i.o. from giants, etc. etc. ) here's one for ya: if you had control over an oasis 'greatest hits' or 'best of' , what would your track listing be? (either single disc or double cd )

here's one for ya: if you had control over an oasis 'greatest hits' or 'best of' , what would your track listing be? (either single disc or double cd ) For me it would have to be made up of a few tunes from each album with a couple of well known b-sides thrown in. Possibly. . . 1. Acquiesce 2. The Turning 3. Live Forever 4. Morning Glory 5. Untitled [Swamp Song] 6. Champagne Supernova 7. Falling Down 8. Don't Go Away 9. The Hindu Times 10. It's Good (To Be Free) 11. Gas Panic 12. Let There Be Love 13. The Masterplan 14. Don't Look Back In Anger 15. Slide Away Surely there are some classic left out, but no best of can ever be complete. I just enjoy these tunes more then most others. Make a track listing using your favorite track from each number? (i.e. Hello, My Big Mouth, Live Forever, etc.) Let's say tracks 1-12?

I ignored The Masterplan, along with not counting the untitled songs on WTSMG 1. Rock N Roll Star 2. The Turning 3. Live Forever 4. Don't Look Back in Anger 5. Columbia 6. Some Might Say 7. Where Did It All Go Wrong? 8. Don't Go Away 9. Morning Glory 10. Slide Away 11. It's Getting Better Man 12. All Around the World Reprise (by default) What Oasis song would you play to start your friday night out?

He won't buy it voluntarily, but I reckon Gem will give it to him hush-hush.

beadyeyeunofficial has attempted to kill the game! ;D So, I suppose I should ask the person an Oasis question... What is your favourite set-opening and set-closing song when Oasis play live?

Solve My Mystery (Revolution Song).
What's your favourite Oasis live video/DVD - Live By The Sea, There & Then, or Familiar To Millions?

Sorry for not asking a question before, I forgot.
I think they'll be quite successful with the first album, but fail miserably with the second album. Then it'll be an Oasis reunion.
Does anyone know what Guigsy, Alan White, Zak Starkey and Tony McCarroll have been up to since they've left Oasis? I know Bonehead has been in a few local bands and is now in a band called The Vortex, who are really good, but apart from him I don't know anything about their post-Oasis careers.
Tony can't have been that successful, if he's had to release a book to pay the bills.

Guigsy - Wrote some book on a footballer, twiddled his thumbs, played on a song on Cornershop's album Handcream for a generation. Alan White - "Not interested in talking about Oasis" according to his brother. Played with trio valore, did london marathon. Zak Starkey - Continued playing with the who. I swear i herad a story he started a band with his family called the penguins, could be wrong though. Tony McCarroll - Was in a band called Raika (never heard anything by them), grew fat and bald. Wrote THAT book If Beady Eye and Noel were both playing in your town on the same night, who would you go and see?

Yes, now in fact.
Give me a best of the acoustic performances set list (i.e. song, place, session/date), as many tracks as you like.
