no. i would simply gesture. a smile, or a peace sign. i hate being bothered by strangers in public. what song would u like to've seen Oasis cover? I think we need a new thread covering this question. It has been asked 3 or 4 times in the last 3 or 4 days alone. Song 2 - Blur, Just to see what they could do to a rivals song! If Oasis decided to play one last show together, and you could get tickets, how much would you be willing to spend?

Up To 1000 euros. Or maybe more, I don't know.
Do you believe that Noel and Liam haven't spoken to each other since the split?

No, I find it hard to believe they would have remained silent for over a year - despite how stubborn both of them are. I wouldn't be surprised if they both mutually agreed to go their own way -- for now.....
But I'm interested in what others have to say on this (perhaps it should be a separate thread too?) so:
Do you believe that Noel and Liam haven't spoken to each other since the split?

Of course they have. The split was a well orchestrated event, and was in no way a random act of anger as described by all. They have said for years that they understand their relationship in ways that no one else ever will. They play the media like a virtuoso!
Will Oasis ever play together again? Why?

Of course they will. They're brothers. This is all an act (personal opinion).
Who is a better guitarist: Gem or Andy?

Gem. I just love his style, it's just amazing.
If you could chose to own one of Noel's guitars, which one would it be? Would you hang it on the wall or use it? hahaha

i love his Purple Riviera from the MG days. Most notably seen in Don't Look Back In Anger and Champagne Supernova videos. I would have it hanging on the wall, but would most likely play it from time to time, because after all, thats what fine musical instruments are for in the first place.
What is your opinion of the All Around The World (reprise)?

Only works when listened to after All Around The World (and i mean straight after) I hate it as an ending to BHN because of the fact it comes after IGB(M) personally
Put these 5 non-Noel written Oasis songs in order and why: Keep The Dream Alive Thank You For The Good Times To Be Where Theres Life Born On A Different Cloud I'm Outta Time

this one is pretty tough they all are about on par with each other
I'm Outta Time-Great vocal, a solid ton musically, just needed another verse Keep The Dream Alive-I just love that first guitar strum. Its a good tune. Great lyrics, its got that classic uplifting Oasis vibe to it Thank You For the Good Times-Its just a nice tune. Another good message from Andy. Its not amazing but I do like to listen to it. To Be Where Theres Life-Another solid tune. I love the sitars, I love the break down but it could have had more energy, like it does live. Born On A Different Cloud-One of Liam's strongest. Great vibe in the recording although it is huge live. If it had the energy and the structure it had live it would be higher on the list. I like the lyrics
Top 5 Oasis basslines.

I like the most this 5 basslines Swamp Song Fuckin' In The Bushes To Be Where There's Life Go Let It Out Fade In-Out(and every BHN track live where we can actually hear the bass )/Who Feels Love(if we only talk of studio tracks) When the next generation searches for Oasis what they will see?

It'll be Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? The music will always shine through the arguments.
Was Matt Deighton any good during his short spell in Oasis? I have read an interview with him, and he seemed a nice bloke, but what were his skills like?

well he looks like a bit of a twat here : at 43 seconds. But he was in a band called mother earth, whose album the people tree (which my dad owns) isnt bad. I think he's probabaly quite a good guitarist, but not quite suited to Oasis' style. If, when Noel left Oasis, they had decided to replace him and continue as Oasis, who would you want that replacement to be?

It could have been anyone...the best guitarist in the world....it still wouldn't be Oasis without Noel. Is Oasis your favorite band? And if not...who is?

Yes it is. They were the first band I became a real fan and remain to be till this very day. I like a lot of other bands, but none of them get close to what I feel about Oasis.
If you could choose a city and venue for Oasis last concert ever, where would it be and why?

They are my favourite band I suppose, because they are my band, my time. I shall always look fondly on them for giving me that excitment in my youth and at every gig I've been to see them. I probably Listen to the beatles and Bob Dylan more.
If you had to pick just one of there gigs to be at, which one would it have been? And why?

If you could choose a city and venue for Oasis last concert ever, where would it be and why? If I could have chose the venue for their last ever concert...I'd have chosen something in Manchester. Maybe the Heaton Park gigs. A bit of divine symmetry playing their last gig in their home town. I always thought that the bands end was so weird in that their last gig was halfway through a 2 part festival. If you had to pick just one of there gigs to be at, which one would it have been? And why? I would have loved to have been @ Knebworth the first night... Just to have been @ musical history in the making would have been amazing. Do you think that Jeff and Chris are going to be official members of Beady Eye?

Brilliant question! I have no idea. This question is mixing my mind all up.
If Liam had flamed out at 27, a la Hendrix, Cobain, would Oasis be a bigger global hit currently?

Let's All Make Believe - Listen to it all day
Do you think, Liam not doing MTV Unplugged actually made that big a difference in the end?

No. I actually think Noel did a damn fine job for the most part - a few songs he mangled a bit, but overall a fine performance made even better due to the fact that he was put on the spot.
What's Noel's worst lyric (you can only pick one)?

"I'd like to be under the sea, but I'd probably need a phone" Do you wish Andy and Gem had ever sung on an Oasis recording or even a leaked demo?

'Put your money where yer mouth is, your mama said that you was real'
It's just sort of anti-Noel, he usually has something quite true and witty to say but this sounds generically bad.
Q: If you could have been at any of the album recording sessions, which one would it be?

For the first one... yes i would like to hear a Thank you for the good times with andy as the singer
and for the second one...
SOTSOG since it was in Noel words: "Even though it wasn't our finest hour, it's a good album born through tough times. I worked harder on that album than anything before and anything since."
What producer should produce the Noel G solo album?

Even though he is not a producer, I'd love to see Owen Morris working with Noel again.
Which Oasis song (demo, a-side, b-side) has Liam's worst vocals?
