I'm really surprised no one has said this one yet. Don't Go Away is "and I wanna be there when you're coming down" but I think many people hear "I don't wanna be there when you're coming down".

I think I speak on behalf of many who thought Don't Look Back In Anger was "If its not our day" instead of night or day. In fact it was only on the last misheard lyrics thread on here that I learned it wasn't! I always thought it was "Just not today" until today. Liam sings pretty clearly, but often times I have trouble understanding Noel.

Falling Down is one of the few Noel sung songs of which I could actually understand everything that's being sung when I first heard it.

Hello - till the light by you comes to my house and says hello
Dont look back in anger - if its not our day
Some might say - that sunshine follows london Shes got many dishes on the plate
Dyou know what i mean - oh my shoulder asked me why
My big mouth - sleeping with the NME
Dont go away - i dont wanna be there when you're...
Its getting better man - shout it from the roof top up ahead
Quite a few i know...

I'm pretty sure the "sleeping with the enemy/NME" line is a deliberate double meaning.
Kind of like the "I use the enemy/NME" line in Anarchy in the UK. Well, exactly like it in fact.

Yeah its the way he pronounces it, with a hard 'm', so it sounds more like a pronunciation than a word, but i can also hear enemy if i listen for it

You've answer for this question? DLBIA outro “It's not today”? or “At least not today”? AATW outro "Pig's don't fly, Never say die" or "Please don't cry, Never say bye (die?)” DLBIA: "At least not today" AATW: "Please don't cry, never say die"

Really embarrassed to admit the first time I heard Digsy's Dinner I thought Liam sang "we'll have the saaaaammmee thiiiinnng" instead of lasagne.

I always thought Cloudburst starts this way:
"Wake up, it's a new day, darling"
instead of this:
"Wake up, there's a new day dawning".
