There must be a thread like this around already, as I'm pretty sure that I've already mentionend that I could swear that Liam is singing "I gotta be anal" instead of "I got a piano" in "Turn up the sun". And I'm #teamreptile

Noel isn't known for having great lyrics, but some of the stuff everyone thinks is being said makes me wonder what drugs you're on and if you'd like to share. Reptile shaking, roller blades, and waffle irons... all classic! Bonkers stuff! yeah just like in supersonic its " he lives under a waterfall" for years i thought it was " he lives under a ford-escort"

Importance of Being Idle I thought: "I begged my doctor for one more line" Was: "I beat my doctor with a waffle iron" The Hindu Times I thought: "God gimme soul in all rock 'n' roll babe" Was: "God gimme soul cos I can't rollerblade" With the 2nd one, I Googled Hindu Times lyrics and one site actually listed them as that. Yeh, the Hindu Times chorus baffled me for a while. The lyric is actually this though: "God gimme soul, and you're rock 'n' roll babe"

Don't Look Back In Anger:
I always ALWAYS thought the line was: It's not our day But of course it's: It's night or day

"I spent my time sitting on the fence with a made-up mind"
Which, as far as I'm concerned, is a better lyric than the real one.

i sang Songbird for a long time like this; " She's a little pilot in my mind", cause i thought she's a pilot more fit after " Flew me to a past not far away" but noticed it was " She's a little pirate in my mind" anyway she's still a little pilot in my mind
