Anything from Be here now would do me. It was good to hear in that interview with Andy and Gem the other day the songs they'd like to play/miss playing were all from that album, My big mouth, Stand by me and Dont go away.

very doubtful that anyone will post the setlist lol
we'll know the setlist when the gig finishes 6th June
Stand By Me? mmmmmmmmm interesting that Gem should mention that - is that a hint that they have been rehearsing it?

They've been rehearsing The Turning, My Big Mouth, Live Forever, Roll Woth It and Gas panic!, so it's got be it.... I'd bet in the last three, perhaps MBM as well, but I doubt will see The turning live or a change in 5 songs from the set

Well, Andy Bell just recently said they were going to get 5 or 6 new songs in the setlist for the summer (link below - it's in Portuguese, but maybe the mp3 is in English...). So if they've been consistently rehearsing 5/6 new songs - I bet that's them. Roll with it would be an interesting choice. www.clicrbs.com.br/blog/jsp/default.jsp?source=DYNAMIC,blog.BlogDataServer,getBlog&uf=2&local=18&template=3948.dwt§ion=Blogs&post=179328&blog=260&coldir=1&topo=3994.dwt

Let's ask ourselves another question: Which current songs do you think will be axed from the setlist? Or do you think they'll keep all the songs they play now, and just add 5-6 new ones?
I'd be gutted if they dropped Slide Away to be honest. Though, I could live with it if they dropped Cigs & Alcohol (Played it since the very beginning, give it a little rest now), Morning Glory (I don't think Liams vocals have been very good at this the past tours, although better this tour than the last one), The Meaning Of Soul and Ain't Got Nothin' (I like the songs, but in this setlist, they're just fillers).

Morning Glory TIOBI (So-so on this one live) Ain't got nuthin I am the Walrus (I love the Beatles but they don't need to cover them anymore. Not with so many great OASIS songs sitting in the cupboard. I don't even like the song all that much to begin with)

Personally I would go for:
Ain't Got Nothing (should be nowhere near any Oasis setlist) Songbird (a great song but it's been played for the last 7 years now) The Meaning of Soul The Importance of Being Idle (been played to death now) Lyla (even on a good night Liam struggles with it) I am the Walrus

Goddamn, has it really been seven years for Songbird? Retire it for fuck's sake. I hate HC, but there's at least two better songs off the record then it.

They are gonna keep I am The Walrus i bet, sadly..they should finish with live forever not a cover Its ironic that all the songs that we'd liked axed are post-2000 songs besides the cover

Retire Aint Got Nothing, Morning Glory, I Am the Walrus, Songbird, Waiting For The Rapture, and Importance Of Being Idle.
Bring in anything from the following: My Big Mouth, Roll With It, Go Let It Out, Who Feels Love, Gas Panic!, Where Did It All Go Wrong, Sunday Morning Call, Roll It Over, The Hindu Times, Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Little By Little, Hung In A Bad Place, Eyeball Tickler, Let There Be Love, Turn Up The Sun, Bag It Up, The Turning or D'You Know What I Mean.

D'You Know What I Mean would be immense, i would take out - Lyla, TIOBI, Ain't Got Nothin, Falling Down, Morning Glory, I Am The Walrus and put in - Columbia, Gas Panic, D'You Know What I Mean, All Around The World, Hello and Imagine (John Lennon)

Boy, i agree 100% with you... and I'm actually afraid they drop Slide Away and keep MG and C&A (which is actually pretty huge in england I guess...) But MOS and AGN got to go.... Roll With With It will probably substitute one of them... and HTWA will probably get TIOBI's place which is not great but ok for me.... I guess Live Forever will simply be added, no cuts, the question is what will they remove in order to get the rest of the rehearsed tunes.... oh, and I have to disagree about Songbird, yeah it has been played a lot over the years, but the recent version with Noel backing vocals is simply too beautiful to ignore, definitely of the highlights from the gigs I've been to (Rio and São Paulo)...

I'd like that added songs like Live forever, Some might say, D'you know what I mean?, All around the world, Acquiesce, Go let it out, Gas panic!, The hindu times, Stop crying your heart out, Let there be love, Bag it up, The turning (or Stop the clocks xD) a lot ... !
And remove The meaning of soul, Songbird, Slide away, Ain't got nothin', Falling down or I am the walrus

There is no point in asking for or predicting songs like Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Let There Be Love, All Around The World etc.. these songs will never again be sung live by Liam. Thats just a fact. His vox just wouldn't be able to handle them especially SCYHO.
Lets be realistic.
These should be the substitutions:
Acquiesce for Lyla Gas Panic! for Meaning Of Soul The Turning for Ain't Got Nothin' My Big Mouth for Songbird Live Forever for I Am The Walrus

What do you mean about the vibe? Fair enough about the time side of it but MOS is so short if you blink you miss it. Now that's not much of a vibe if you ask me and there's enough acoustic songs in the setlist... Wonderwall, I'm Outta Time, Masterplan etc. so taking out Songbird (which I know is not going to happen) wouldn't make much of difference. And as much as C&A and MG have been played over the past 5 years I still wouldn't replace them because they're monumental when you experience them at a gig.
