I think this would be the most realistic additions to the setlist: - The Turning (Noel Sung, would be positively surprised if Liam sung it though) - My Big Mouth - Live Forever (The fans would lynch Oasis if the don't play this  There you have it. I actually don't think there'll be to many additions. But if we're really lucky, we might get these too: - Roll With It (Recently rehearsed) - Gas Panic! (Recently rehearsed) - Half The World Away (Perhaps the most unlikely on the list. I'm not sure if it would work in a gigantic stadium. Could be a good change to The Importance Of Being Idle though). That's my predictions. |

There are loads of songs that i would like them to play but the list is too big, and realisticly they aren't gonna play them.

Well, I guess the bottom line is, we'll definitely find out what the setlist for the stadium gigs are June 4th. Which is actually not far off!

I would bear in mind Songbird, AGN and MOS all put together I think would still be shorter than Gas Panic so I think its unlike they'll drop all three and I think Liam would be none to happy if they dropped 3 of his four songs in the set especially Songbird.

Come on lads, give Columbia, Listen Up and D'You What I Mean a run out. Chuck out Meaning of Soul, Cigarettes and Alcohol (never been a big fan of this tune) and Ain't Got Nothin offthe setlist.
Also, something monumental for the end such as All Around The World in place of I Am The Walrus.

I also think Live Forever should end it instead of I am the walrus but then again they are fans of jamming at the end of setlists ie My Gneration IATW i guess they could still do this..but live forever kinda has a good edning and a definite one the last time they ended a setlist with such a song ( 4.30 mintues) would of been acquiesce in the be here tour EDIT: probably actually roll with it 2001 they'll probably keep IATW..theres some of you who will like it I dont though |

Going on the current setlist and what they've been doing in the soundcheck of late, I think Meaning of soul, Waiting for the rapture, The importance of being idle, Songbird and maybe Im outta time will be dropped for Gas Panic, Roll with it, Live forever, Half the world away and My big mouth. That'd leave us with a setlist of:-
1- FITB
2- Rock n roll star
3- Lyla
4- The shock of the lightning
5- Cigarettes & alcohol
6- Roll with it
7- To be where there's life
8- Half the world away
9- The masterplan
10- Gas panic!
11- Slide away
12- Morning glory
13- Aint got nothing
14- My big mouth
15- Live forever
16- Wonderwall
17- Supersonic
18- Dont look back in anger
19- Falling down
20- Champagne supernova

They are not going to drop any of the new songs for old ones. Maybe they'll swap new for new but thats about it. So forget about it.

when Noel came over to Ireland to announce the Slane gig he said they'll be playing for at least 2 hours so there's still about 20mins of songs to be added to the setlist to achieve this.. have to say i'd love to hear Bring It On Down, Columbia and DKWIM.. Live Forever has to played, hopefully e'll do Whatever as an acoustic and might suprise us by moving DLBIA back onto the band electric set

listening to the soundcheck the end of gas panic! has the sound effect that's usualy the intro to falling down the wee sorta spacey sounds...maybe a hint where theyd play that in the set, roll with it could be an opener or a closer to the main set, i think live forever will possibly take the place of songbird because i remember noel saying back in 2005 that acoustic songs ie the masterplan etc don't really work in stadiums...hope we get some changes though:D
