What happened to the part where he was in the water? That part wasn't in the video.
Anyways, this could possibly be the best Oasis music video.

It's nice to have an Oasis video where it's not just them playing their instruments. I love the way it's shot.
You also gotta love the nod to "Imagine" at the end where he's lying down and looks up at the sky.
Well done, lads. Great vid.

Don't forget the record player at the end... that was straight outta Wonderwall and the fact the video is in black and white.

People can say what they want about Oasis being lazy with b-sides (or lack of). But they consistently put out great music videos. Even my friends that are in film who aren't Oasis fans love that element of the group.

Is it just me, or does Liam kinda reminds you of Clint Eastwood's "Man with no name" in this?
He looks dead cool.

He barely opens his mouth to say it which looks pretty awful.
The video looks great though.

I expected something quite different, more ironic, like "the importance of being idle" (probably because of the river thing, which seems to be disappeared). It's really poetic/psychedelic, Liam had to do the sexy thoughtful man part, lol, but at first view I really didn't get it. Black and white really is a hard choice, tv doesn't like it, but maybe the video will work, and the song be huge, and it will have good airtime... Not bad, but I still prefer other videos (Stand by Me, Don't Go Away ecc. ecc.).

This video could have been so much better, such a shame... Liam looks like he hasn't changed clothes(he's been wearing that outfit since the start of the tour in Seattle !!) plus that hat. Seriously though, he looks like a mix between Zorro and Indiana Jones.

Anyone notice how at the end of the video when Liam is on his back and he looks up at the sky so only the side of his face is showing he looks EXACTLY like Noel. It freaked me out the first time I saw it.
