yes... I've never seen them live, became a fan in 02 and they haven't come anywhere near to my country. they played in venezuela in 01 but I didn't know about them back then. But Icall myself a fan. I've got everything they have officially released, I used to listen at least one oasis each and every day (now I've downloaded shitloads of music and don't have time to listen peroperly all of it), I also used to try and get my friends and family into oasis (only converted a couple but now most of them know who they are) and I would be the first person in this country to buy a ticket for their gig if the ever came. So I would say I'm a fan

You're a fucking moron. I became a real fan in 05 right after that summer when they came to MSG. It's my fault they haven't toured since then?? All I listen to in my car is Oasis most of the time and I don't need some stupid fuck to tell me I'm not a true fan because of timing.

Here's something for you arrogant pieces of shit to suck on, Oasis have sold over 50 million albums, yeah?
Well, they've released 6 albums, so for the sake of argument, let's say each person bought 1 album each. So 50/6 = 8.3 million. Now take into account that the same people tend to be able to attend the same gig tour after tour, and you come to the conclusion that very few people from the 8.3million have seen Oasis....Yet if they bought every album you still wouldnt consider them a fan?
Let's not forget that there's other factors at play to: finances, location, personal schedules, proximity to venues, availability of tickets, etc
Webby should ban you for being a dumbass.
According to you I may not be a fan, but at least I fucking like the majority of their albums you dick.

Well I only became a fan in August 2005 (when The Importance Of Being Idle was No.1) so I haven't had the chance yet. But come August 19th, I'm hoping I'll finally get to see the fuckers on stage

Wheres all this nastiness coming from? I haven't seem them live, but I'm a fan of the Beatles and I've never seen them live either... I can't wait to go to my FIRST Oasis concert, I reckon thats a feeling most of you who have seen them would love to experience again (and I'm not bagging anyone) that virgin excitement when you finally after listening endlessly to them on your ipod, reading their interviews and spending hours on an Oasis forum can finally SEE them in the flesh. Though I would have liked to have seen them when Liam's voice was better...

I'm def attending my first one this year because I'm lucky enough to be close to the 3 major northeast cities (Live in Philly, go to school in DC, and both cities aren't far from NYC). I'm sure no matter how many times you see them, it's always great, but I agree, the first time must have been the best. I can't wait. Oh and Ugottahavenotasteinoasismusic, this poll really back fired on you.

So you aren't a true fan of The Beatles unless you saw them live?
I plan on seeing them live, if all goes well for me, I might see them multiple times...

Gottahavefun ;D ;D ;D ;D You have realized that the more you shit stir, the more you become like Robohump and LDNMN (which isn't good...), and if you keeping doing it you'll lose more and more credibility to the point no one takes you seriously anymore, eventually leading to you being banned if it gets to that extent. So if I were you, I would stop. It's nothing to be proud of. But if you want to be lumped with LNDMN and the like, then by all means, continue.
