Don't listen to them Notorious. Of course you can be a fan if you haven't seen them. Here in America, it's really difficult. I saw them for the first time on the last tour and I had to go to Atlanta to do so. I live right outside of New Orleans, and they never come here. Atlanta is the closest I could get.
Now if you don't own any of their albums, than I could see questioning if someone's a fan or not.
But like I said, here in America is difficult to see them . . .
