That's the point of a lot of the early discussion. Frank's got this, thats pretty much assured right now, but the "mythology" of Stop the Clocks among Oasis fans is unlike almost any other track post-BHN. It should come as no surprise to him or anyone else that the majority was doubting rather than believing off the bat, especially with how easy Oasis fans are keen to wind each other up with everything from fake album reports to "I have this" claims. |

essentially Frank has been doing the bootleg music equivalent of running around saying "I have a 12 inch schlong" and no one is going to believe anything like that until they see it for themselves.

I don't care really, tbh. We're only a few months out from getting a whole album worth of new stuff which seems more worth it to me than to one singular track that Noel played five years ago. Plus all this lame drama that's gone on with the track itself has pretty much turned me off from being bothered about it. |
