I myself have been looking at forums, sites, torrents etc for this gig but have never come across it. In my search I noticed someone on another forum (under the name Talk Tonight) who posted on a liverpool music forum offering $200 for the bootleg. first threadsecond threadNow according to this person, they said 'thanks to the person that shared the gig' which might indicate that he got the gig. Yet months later he made another thread asking for the gig again, which then points to the fact that he might not have actually got it in the first place (note the edited posts as well). Well if any of you want to try, you can log in there and ask around yourself if someone there is wiling to share it. Now the second thing is that if he does have it, i'm sure he's going to post one song from the gig to prove he has it, then try to get people to pay him big money for STC. Just the only reason I see why he's not sharing it. |

Hey guys... don't worry. I was essentially given approval to post the one song that wins these two combined polls. The rest will be along at some point. STC the first performance no doubt will be shared after the studio track is released. Everybody will get everything in time, just be patient.
The poll should close on Saturday. The moment I get home I will upload the winning track.
I have no idea who was posing as "rogerfederer" a while back, but I can promise you this-- it was not me.

i don't know if many of you guys realize but i am rollince and as the saying goes you can't bullshit a bullshitter. if you have the songs or the gig produce or shut up. i leaked the past two oasis records heathen chemistry and don't believe the truth. the man certainly wasn't at my door looking for my head. i also leaked the 1 min clips of the meaning of soul and a bell will ring from glastonbury. once again nothing happened. second, you left a big hole in your story, that you gotta now cover up. you said you sent out emails to people from liverpool. so obviously there is going to be an email chain of responses in your inbox and outbox. time to produce them or go away. tell us where you placed the classifieds all of us buy the nme, q, mojo, and uncut here. tell us the issues we will look back at them. its time for you to go away lomax.

By the way, it's completely ridiculous that you're holding back from sharing this. All new songs leak on the net. There's nothing illegal about it. I think you're just looking to make a buck off this. A true fan would have shared this the moment they got their hands on it. You're doing a complete disservice to us all by holding back.
So like I said, stop this bullshit and post the audio of Noel talking about it or just shut your trap. You're wasting your time and ours.

As for this "when Stop the Clocks" gets released crap, how the hell does anyone know for certain it will be released? There's been no official word of that for a long time. Secondly, no fan of a band would have this sort of stance on one fucking song when Oasis is one of the most consistently bootlegged acts in the world. It's just childish "I have it, you don't" posturing for attention seeking. If legal problems are your only excuse, you're just being stupid and digging for a reason and probably don't have jack shit. Fuck it, I say everyone ignore this liar until he puts up or shuts up, put up the clip JP suggested, Id much rather hear an announcement of the song about to be played than hear amateur recordings of one of four songs that I've heard a bazillion times in pristine quality. |

Your claim of "trying to do something good for us" is an absolute fallacy. You, as well as everyone whos posted in these threads know that the only reason that gig is so desired is because of one freaking song. If you do have it, you come on and tease us by allowing one song that really no one gives two shits about that is played at virtually every single show since 1995? Get off of it. Whats to say that the performance of Wonderwall you provide is even legit to the performance you claim it is? To play it once and never release it makes me think it's probably crap anyway and everyone who may have heard it that night must have had too much to drink and don't remember it anyway.

I'm telling you all I was at that gig and ya did play Stop The Clocks, it was so amazing, like the entire crowd was just in quiet, stuned disbelief. We all just stood there staring at Noel - no one could move or make a sound. I don't how he did it but indeed he has outwritten anything on Definately Maybe. I assure you Stop The Clocks is better than Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger and Champagne Supernova combined! It was just all so incredible, and the best part was I had my best friend's ex-girlfriends' former roommates' brother-in-law there with some high-fi recording equipment. We got the entire gig recorded in full stereo and 5.1 dolby digital perfect quality! I totally would love to post the show, but due to certain things I cannot divulge at this time I am unable to post the entire gig. Luckily for all my friends on this forum I happened to run into Frank Lomax the other day and he remembered seeing me at the gig and we decided to swap copies of each other's recording of this gig. Amazingly I have gotten the approval from certain higher ups to go ahead and post Frank's recording of this entire gig!
