Where are you from? For the past couple of years I'm noticing an increasing misogyny in Spain, specially in young people. I thought we were more egalitarian (is that the word?) as a country. But everyday I'm proved wrong by people on the internet, the media or even politics. I feel like things are getting out of control and I stumble upon comments I can't even believe, I though that mentallity was buried in the past, but I'm afraid it's not. For the sake of my own sanity, I choose not to see people's behaviour online as a reflection of their real life personality. Maybe that's idealism, though. Or escapism... it really is exhausting and disappointing

Liam has a theory about Oasis splitting up because Noel wanted to go solo, now Noel thinks the same about Beady Eye... I guess this is just banter. Actually, it's exhausting.

"STEREOGUM: Do you get sick of this back and forth between you two in the press? You know, like the scissors and potato thing?
GALLAGHER: Yeah, yeah. Oh, the scissors thing. Oh, I don’t give a fuck about that. If I had to live my life in reaction to what someone else was doing…I’m not the kind of person who lives that way, I’m not reactionary. I get on with my own thing. If other people want to react to that, then wow, how sad, d’you know what I mean? It gets slightly tedious being asked about it all the time."
Oh my God! Seriously, he needs to look up the words.. reactionary, contradiction, and narcissist Unbelievable.

Well from what we know Liam called it a day when Gem was has it lowest : recovering from his brain injury, maybe divorcing. Not the best time to abandon your mate right ? Andy just kinda left because of Ride but Gem didn't have anything, and i believe he is the one who put the more effort in Beady Eye. Him and Liam probably. Liam was his lowest too I guess. Hope they are all right. It must be difficult for Gem to go from being a member of Oasis, to a member of Beady Eye, to a touring guitarist for Noel. I call bullshit on the beady eye stories... that ended for some many other reasons than money. I.E. www.nme.com/news/music/oasis-153-1271283

its turning to shit bc of the guy bellow your comment. People like that are bringing it down. When they are called out somehow they feel picked on or innocent eva's post was aimed that guy you're talking about. Back to topic, Liam has The Strypes in UK/N.Ireland and The Sherlocks in Europe as support act. I'm curious how the support act for the US tour sound like. From their YouTube and Instagram videos, they sound good. I'm actually looking forward to them!

If you listen to the interview, he says exactly that. He says the reasons used to be professional, but people coming after his family on twitter has strengthened his resolve not to do it. Now personal reasons have replaced the professional ones. That seems entirely reasonable to me. I expect he thought before there might be a day way off in the future they'd be able to get on stage together. Now I expect he genuinely thinks its impossible. ever So well done Liam. He does all that while taking no responsibility that his actions over the previous two decades has contributed to the breakdown of there relationship at all. Noel is a wonderful revisionist, I look forward to his next reimagining of the Oasis legacy. I'm over the oasis reunion bc it was never going happened. But, seriously.. Noel is the embodiment of a "contortionist narcissist. Yes, Liam is extremely guilty but Noel's got to take some responsibility at some point. Anyways, I'm really psyched for Dead in the water!

Just realised half of my friends are really racists and strongly oppose immigration... Which is actually really common attitude here :/ Wait, before i reply i need to make sure.... are you implying that if one doesn't support immigration then they're racist?

I'm going all out here because I need to and i don't need or want any bullshit on twitter or Facebook. I'm a 36 year old single woman that continues to have health issues. I'm so tired of my body.. it's apparently tired of me since I just got diagnosed with another god damn illness. I usually have the opinion that it could be worse and people have it worse but fuck that shit.. I'm so tired of never feeling good. I'm tired of being overweight, no matter what I eat or how much exercise I do. I'm tired of having the energy of a sloth. I'm really tired of all these health issues preventing me from sleeping and getting a full nights rest. I'm tired of looking in the mirror and not having control over how I look or how i feel.. he'll, I don't even recognize myself. I have no family outside of my parents. My brother died, my dad is ill and him and my mom are getting older. Every time I get an illness or symptom under control something else pops up that's worse. I'll be fine but today I'm not. I'm just so exhausted. It sounds like a cliqiue but I am so psyched and thankful for Liam's concert. I can't remember my last vacation or moment of just pure excitement. I'm hoping that my friend can go but if not.. I will be there standing in line hours ahead to hopefully meet or get an autograph or picture.. with my cane or wheelchair if needed. Anyways, thanks i needed to get all that out. No response is needed. Hi. I've struggled with weight throughout my teen years and I can tell you the best thing that worked for me was cutting down my carb/sugar intake tremendously, increasing healthy fats and protein intake, and eating less frequently. Plus drinking plenty of water. Excerise is good to keep your metabolism high but your body works like a clock, so when you don't do it, your metabolism grinds to a halt. Intuitive eating and a low carb diet could do you wonders. Thanks.. I've been on it and am under the guidance of a nutritionist. The issue is that my weight and other issues are a direct result of my illnesses. As for exercising, I am a hemophiliac and because of a severe knee bleed, I need a knee replacement and am physically only able to do aquatic exercise. Which I do and love. It's too much to write on here but if your interested in my life issues, you can read some of my published writings on my life and health... jenniferlessons.blogspot.com/?m=1

I do miss the time when I had to stand in a queue at front of a ticket shop all night to buying a ticket for a gig. Compact disc? Internet? I'm one of those analog generation. Of course time change, things change and people change, but my passion for music never change. Nobody tells others how to listen to music nor how to and in which format you have to purchase music, but in this modern society we're living in, everything must have done in a minute. Fast, quick, grab as much as you can! Hallelujah, take it easy. Still 9 nights to sleep until when I hold my copy of Who Built The Moon and to listen to the entire album for the very first time! God, I miss the excitement and passion of waiting in line for a ticket, waiting on the phone for tickets, tape, or cd... that was some of my best memories with my friends! Simpler times.

This is just another bullshit Noel comment. I don't condone liam's tweets but i also don't agree with it being one sided. This is social media, if your going to be dishing out insults then you have to be willing to accept the same insults. Sara and Anais are opening participating in the same bullshit behavior that Liam does... so I don't even get their victim claim. Besides, noel.. has been publicly trolling Liam, Michael Hutchinson, blur... the list goes on.. throughout his career so he doesn't get to play the victim card either. Just to be clear, so far Noel has insulted- 1. Parka monkey 2. Pigeon vs eagle bullshit 3. Oasis fans 4. Nghfb fans 5. Liam fans And now a bullshit social media victim complaint.Yeah, he needs a new PR team bc hes just digging himself a deeper hole. Its not 1996, where he can openly insult anyone and everyone just accepts it bc of who he is. I think the issue here, and I'd have to listen to the clip above, but Noel never claimed to be a victim. He claimed that he hates reading social media because what he sees said about his family. That's a very human response. I don't think anyone actually knows or can understand what his family goes through. That's not bullshit, and it's insensitive to say that it is. Now, they (Sara, Anais, Gene) don't complain because I'm sure they know that theyre public figures and will sometimes take a licking. Sometimes they hear what's said about their family and react. Much like with Liam, we always pay attention to the reaction, but ignore the previous barrage. Like when people say that Liam was provoked, but never really extend the same thought to Noel and his family. As if see your uncle Or bother in law insulting your father or husband on social media and seeing everyone follow suit, including on your timeline, doesn't provoke an emotional response. Or how we say that Noel and his family have taken abuse, but never really think about Gene and Liam have. It's just tiring that every thread is a, "That's bad, but what about this....." Fair enough, I should have waited to hear the entire interview. I will say based on my own experience, it is unfortunately "par for the course". Granted my father isn't a famous rock star, actor, or political figure, but he is an author and an important figure in a particular large health circle... with good/positive comments comes bad/negative comments.

Tbh, I'm not well informed on U.K. politics but it seems the brexit vote is similar to the Trump vote... people voted so those results, whether you agree or disagree should be accepted.

There are so many tick for tacks that each "camp" is tripping over themselves to prove who provoked who. Hilarious. I agree. They're both wrong and both right... time for them to move on.
