Dont worry about the copyright... If Liam keep Oasis safe, he can sing whatever he wants. All Oasis songs are the property of Oasis. Dont care about the songwriting... It's onmy working if an other artist covered this song on an album or this kond of thing. But all the songs are in Oasis. Noel leave the band on his own way.... It doesn't affect on the property. Liam singing on Dont look back in anger, it's possible...

Liam needs absolutely a legend for guitar leader or it could be a disaster.

I think the only great solution for "Oasis" is to get an hero for the guitar leader and a very great producer with something new and electric. John Squire for the lead guitar and Richard Fearless from Death in Vegas as album producer is the best way. It could be great. I really don't care about Noel, this guy is a true genius in composition work, working with Amorphous Androgynous, Chemical Brothers and co... His solo album will be absolutely awesome without the "Oasis Sound". Scorpio Rising is simply one of the best thing Liam did... I really hope for Richard Fearless as producer.

Oasis count the cost of axed shows
(Monday August 31, 2009 12:26 AM)
Oasis are set to continue rocking without main songwriter Noel Gallagher - after it emerged his bust-up with brother Liam has already cost the band almost £5 million.
Guitarist Noel quit the Wonderwall hitmakers in a rage on Friday evening after a backstage brawl with his sibling at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris, France.
The band axed the two remaining dates on the tour - in Konstanz, Germany, and Milan, Italy - and Noel returned to the UK while Liam fled to Lake Como, Italy for a break with his wife Nicole Appleton and Oasis bass player Andy Bell.
The cancellations have cost the band an estimated £4.75 million in appearance fees and sales of merchandise.
And latest reports in the UK suggest the warring brothers could battle each other for the right to use the name "Oasis" amid rumours Liam plans to keep the band going without his brother.

And like Noel said... I hope Kasabian will do stadium tour one day. They are probably the last youngest band who can do this kind of thing. A real potential.

Ian Brown is my second favourite artist after Oasis, then probably Dizzee Rascal after that. Don't see why you have to just 'follow' one band though, is it not possible to like Oasis and other bands? I think he means, following a new band like we did with Oasis... With news everyday... it's already happen with me and Kasabian. Like I did with DOYS and Oasis.

Thought it mightve been commentary of what actually happened. If this Am yMcDonald one saw it then theres a good chance there were lots of witnesses and maybe even video footage would surface. Especially if it was on the way to the stage as seems to be suggested. Gutted about this. Was just about to go to bed but now cant tear myself away from the computer until its dismissed as a hoax (yup, I know I'm kidding myself here!) Don't trust my French let's bump this link til someone is able to translate what is being said It saids, the gig tonight is canceled, the band got a fighting, and Oasis no longer exist, and they canceled the other shows.

You can watch it on a normal TV... but Cameron has develloped a special camera for the 3D... I think the better way is to watch this movie in 3D.

Anyway... I really like "For the Glory". Magic !

Hello, NLAE.
it's a good band when you are 14 years old... , and I'm sure you're more thant that.
It's an Oasis forum, most of the people are in the english music and more, but certainly not in american music (probably the Strokes or White Stripes), Green Day got a new album probably for you...
American bands are very bad, it's just sound very bad, can't really explain why... teenagers ? emo ? the voice ? the guitar sound ?
it's just a fact... most of the american bands are just a shit in the Europe... it doesn't work...
