In order to reduce the overheads the drum machine will be rental, basic model. In order to minimise wage costs and extract maximum revenue from the highly anticipated upcoming tour, Oasis will no longer have a bassist. 👻 Garageband for drums and bass, Gem, Liam, Noel. > 95% of the audience wont hear the difference.

Zak was fantastic with the Who from '99 through the 2002 tour with Pino on bass but in subsequent tours through the present day I felt there was a shift in his playing. Maybe not having John as the anchor contributed in the long term. The thing that helped him save the Who back in '99 was the fact that he played to the vocal much like Moon did while playing the breaks straight, really helping to drive the songs. He worked great off Entwhistle & Townshend, Sparks from the 2002 warmup shows was incendiary. I never cared for him live with Oasis and would much prefer Sharrock who was one of the few highlights during the DOYS tour.

New member(s) of Oasis? It’s going to feel weird, that’s for sure.
