So did anyone get through on Gigs and Tours or Sees? Saw a few screengrabs on reddit but I haven't been able to access the site for hours I got on a few hours ago. it was much easier as you could click the gig and I had list of all tickets but every date was sold out for everything Well the standing did say currently unavailable vs all other tickets sold out so idk why the difference they only good think is they have a waiting list so if is a date you want you can sign up and if any tickets do come back online (which they often do with these big gigs) they will email you Wow if I ever get through I'll sign up for that haha

its just pure greed 1.3 million tickets x average £150 is £195 million.
By time the dynamic pricing hit I would think the gigs were 90-95% sold out so how much more money is realistically generated by this. Not a great deal and to put huge downer on anyone seeing that price pop up instead of what they expecting awful

I think this will generate some backslash for them. I get that dynamic pricing makes it easier for us die-hards to get tickets but there are other ways to accomplish that. And bands like The Cure did disable dynamic pricing for their gigs The only backlash will be directed at Ticketmaster and that’s the way it’s designed.

Just hope it doesn’t completely fuck it all up. Granted, if its something the band were aware of they shouldnt have applied it, but I just hope that Ticketmaster receive the majority of the negative press.
Otherwise youll get 10,000 booing every song at every gig and itll ruin the mood….

Coming over from the US like some covid pandemic. Can't be stopped. When the concerts start no one who's there will take the time to protest - they are at an Oasis concert.

I think ticketmaster took the hit for what is ultimately Noely G's cash crusade
Noel Cash Money Gallagher
I can understad 150 because - Liam's selling out stadiums by himself at £5 - so add £50 for noel - add an extra £50 for other band members and a bigger operation/team
But dynamic pricing, raising it from 150 to 300 or even 500? for a standing ticket? cmon man That's fucked up

I'm currently feeling alright
Hoping a US/Argentina trip will be a much cooler experience (for me personally) than London
That's where my hopes are at right now

Tbh youre probably right, anyone who knows me will tell you Im so pessimistic i suck the energy out of a room 😂 I suppose in the immediate future, I just dont want it to completely turn the tables. The country has seemed pretty glad the band are back this past week, and I hope that doesnt all get flushed down the toilet overnight.

just don't give up. I've been able to secure and buy 1 ticket for Wembley an hour ago for 130 £. I've been connected all day to ticketmaster.
Just try.

This dynamic pricing shit sounds like something the EU likes to put an end to. Bloody Brexit.

If Oasis get stungg by the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) that's a bad headline for the band They'll wanna be seen as returning heroes, not old gold diggers I wanna be super optimistic but i have to say, Oasis is more than just the music, it's an entire lifestyle And something has felt off... -the nature of the reunion after noel's divorce -the silence from both brothers -the profiteering ticket prices Nothing feels designed 'for the fans'. It seems, plainly, designed to line the pockets with the fan's cash. It doesn't feel like the messiah's coming back to the people It feels like the king who hates his subjects, demanding tax

They will do promo after the tour sells out. Which it has, so expect some.

Heard of a few instances (Robbie Williams comes to mind) of it in Sweden too.

B) Thanks, but what you've just said is not relevent to my point. WE AREN"T OASIS'S BUSINESS MANAGERS. WE ARE THE FANS. And speaking from a fan perspective; zero word from the brothers after 15 years of calling it quits feels off. Waiting until AFTER a multi-million cash grab, is something you can understand from a business perspective. But from the perspective of heart and soul, it just doesn't seem right. And heart and soul was the oasis we loved. It's money first, fans second - and that's not the oasis any of us knew, until now To me - Right is right, wrong is wrong, even if that puts our own heroes in an awkward light And i bet I'm not the only oasis fan feeling this way, by a long shot

Apologies if I came off in that manner in anyway.

It is a cashgrab. Just come to terms with it. Like Liam has to.

It is a cashgrab. Just come to terms with it. Like Liam has to. My head knows that instantly, but feelings will flow and move at their own pace, and they'll continue to come up everytime an isntance triggers awareness of the reality Liam and Noel are on different pages in their heads right now for sure I bet liam believes with enough time onstage he can bring noel's heart back online for the love of oasis and the fans let's see i see it as one believer and one non believer

Some tickets will constantly reappear for sale, but the prices are just absurd (over 400 quid). I would probably pay if I lived in the UK, but impossible to stomach with the required trip my wife and I would have to make.
