Tried to get tickets for the Rose Bowl. Joined the queue at 15,000 it went down to 0 I’m about half an hour but when I tried to buy the tickets it wouldn’t work then I was back at the end of the queue at over 100,000 🤣 WTF, can’t believe they have sold out that stadium twice. They couldn’t have done that in 95/96. Need to shorten your sig to "Hope Lies." Haha aye. Tried to get in the queue for Toronto earlier too but got that message others had saying my account had been banned for suspicious activity 😅 Just need to make do with the Edinburgh gigs I guess.

So you googled "oasis metlife ticketmaster"... instead of just typing: ticketmaster.com, lol, it happens to all of us I guess. But yeah don't worry the site is legit, tons of people on reddit have used it. It's the typical "you might get scammed" thing, where what happens is that the seller of the ticket doesn't go through with the sale or never actually had tickets or sells it some other place for more or whatever, and they refund your money, so you don't lose money only the chance to go to the concert, but you'll be fine since like 99% of the people that use sites like this and stubhub and viagogo end up with tickets. I've done it many times here in Chicago, not with that site that you used though but they are all the same. The way these sites work is that a "seller" lists tickets for X and sometimes or most times, they don't have the ticket yet, but they get the ticket in the general sale using bots or using several internet connections or whatever, and then these are the tickets that people actually buy. That's why even the official Oasis account on twitter was calling out these "sellers" before the presale had began. So after you buy you get a confirmation page from your site but don't really have a qr code or bar code or anything like that until a few days before the concert when the original buyer actually gets the ticket. Yeah, that’s my understanding too. Thank you for taking the time to write that. I’m sure I’ll be okay. Please tell some one you know you’ll be attending the show next year on those particular dates, that way in case you’re kidnapped and sold on the black market you’ll be easier to locate… God bless.

Yeah, that’s my understanding too. Thank you for taking the time to write that. I’m sure I’ll be okay. Yeah I read your initial worries, so I just wanted to quote the first message because it's funny and I've done it too. I've used those sites a lot for football games and there's always one story about a guy that got scammed or whatever, and you think they stole his money or something but what happens is he just didn't get a ticket and stubhub did a refund. I should mention these sites try to get you a ticket even if the original seller bails. But again, these sellers do this for a living, and get penalized if they miss on delivery, so it's in their best interest that you get your ticket, plus they don't get the money until after the event so they can't get their money and run away. Imagine they secure 100 tickets and they are making an average profit after site fees of 100 dollars on each, probably higher but let's pretend, that's 10 thousand dollars out of one event. And they do this for sporting events, concerts of every kind, conventions, rodeos, etc, all over the country.

Anyone know how soon we can expect to see resale tickets on the OFFICIAL sites? (Ticketmaster and Twickets) I would say December for people selling to get cash for xmas and then throughout 2025.. you dont lay down lot of money to sell instantly for face value

Hey, does anyone have an experience with Vivid Seats? I just bought two tickets for the Rose Bowl ion the 7th for £350 Have I been scammed? It's a legit site. But you didn't buy the actual tickets yet. What happens is that the seller will transfer them to you through an intermediary, it makes no difference to you how the process is done, you'll just get your tickets and enjoy them. In the event that the original buyer does not come through, Vivid will try to secure other tickets for you, if that fails they will refund you the money.

Thanks for the reply. they seemed cheap... was worried That could be problematic as I'm in the UK with flights to book So they're not 100% guaranteed?

Hey, does anyone have an experience with Vivid Seats? I just bought two tickets for the Rose Bowl ion the 7th for £350 Have I been scammed? Vivid Seats is legit. But you won't get the tickets until the seller is allowed to transfer them. Which may make you a bit anxious if you're traveling over. I know I would be. They'll try to get you a refund or replacement tickets if the seller doesn't come through. They usually do but for me I personally feel more comfortable if I have it in my account weeks beforehand.

I’m confused by the whole thing. I was in the waiting room for the 6th Sept gig in LA, then got put in the queue and was number 21236 I thought that’s a bit more than I was expecting but at least I’d get a ticket. Then when I’m around 2000 it was says sold out. Surely the Rose Bowl holds more than that? Even taking pre sale into account.
I’m destined not to see them on this tour, I’ve failed in two continents now!

This is unreal. I had my doubts they would sell out stadiums, let alone in like half an hour So good.

Dudes Row 73’s at Rose Bowl…I got comparable Tickets (Row 63, opposite side in 16-L) during sale & it was$111/each.
So vivid has a small premium on those seats for ya, but since they are the last rows, I’d bet they will be available for you thru Vivid.
Folks say no bad seat at rose bowl, so might be nice view from Up top w/ me.

Buying from third party in this particular scenario is very disadvantageous especially because the official resellers TM and Twickets have been limited to face value resell only, meaning you will pay close to the original fee (probably you'll get charged some BS fee for buying) for the ticket on official sites rather than the jacked up third party price. If you're still looking for tickets right now the best play is to just wait for people to start listing their tickets on TM which will probably be likely the closer the show date actually is. On Twickets it seems that you need the transfer option to be actually available, so unless something changes people won't be able to list their tickets there until the transfer option is available. The only advantage third party has here would be if you were trying to score some last minute discounted tickets for the show that scalpers are trying to offload, but given the show's popularity that might not happen so risk not being able to go to the show at all. You also run the risk of the ticket getting cancelled for being sold on an unofficial site (per organizer), but I don't think that's too likely to occur - still a risk though. TLDR: if still looking for tickets just wait for them to be listed on Ticketmaster or Twickets

Still buzzing after getting lucky today after being so skeptical.
Wanted to point out another anomaly maybe other USA fans experienced: All my fringe Oasis friends/family were all asking about it/me during the UK sales. No one really quipped in or took notice of the USA sale today.
Kinda think it shows some of the American social media poseurs who were all...yes, I'd go to UK if I could, tryna be cool.

Won’t lie i didnt expect such demand for the US gigs. Granted a fair few people will be from Europe who missed out on the UK gigs, but still id never have put money on multiple sold out stadium gigs at all those venues. Well done lads 🙌

Those tickets were going for either $91 or $111. So yeah you over paid like everybody else that buys from that site, but again you are 99% sure to get them and enjoy them. Also this are the cheapest tickets that were available, I think rows only go up to 80, so you're pretty far up there, again this indicates that yeah you did pay over and enough to cover the sellers profit.

So being 20K in the queue does not mean only 20K tickets get sold, it's probably more like 60,000. Add that to the presale and yeah.

No one really quipped in or took notice of the USA sale today. Kinda think it shows some of the American social media poseurs who were all...yes, I'd go to UK if I could, tryna be cool. There were far more news outlets reporting the reunion when the UK shows were announced, plus the Ticketmaster dynamic pricing news that followed, so it makes sense that people not in the fandom were curious about this and asking people they knew are fans (you) about it. Now it was only another sale, so that's why there's not the same media coverage and those news leaking to the regular folks that don't really know Oasis, so that's why this time no one bothered you with questions.
