Amazing to think Noel opening was for Garbage last summer - and the tour sold so poorly that they were moving hundreds people up from the seats into GA before showtime & practically giving them away on the LiveNation site in the weeks leading up.

So Oasis finally conquer America... Big stadiums sold out... in seconds... And I am certain that only "loyal fans" were able to purchase tickets

And that there was a bomb scare from a ticket scalper in NY. Where the first dates on America are sold out.

USA people, don’t wait until 12noon. That must have been a mistake. I just got my tickets. MetLife. Very few are remaining. Just dropped $620 for way at the back. It was $239 per ticket with a ridiculous amount of fees attached. Congrats!!

In Florida. They moved everyone person from the lawn to seats. I spent good money for my seats too. Should’ve refunded us.

Got 1 ticket for Edinburgh when that went on sale a few weeks ago. Now got two tickets for Soldier Field.

I joined the queue early and just got through to see what’s available. Started at 14,000 in the queue. I could have gotten better tickets for the same price through Ticketmaster. Oh well, at least I’ll be there, albeit at the back. I'm worried about you and your third-party tickets, kid

My dad and I ended up fourth row dead center on that tour (seated venue only) because there was so little turnout. I almost got front row center but got kicked out last second and settled in a few rows back where it was super empty. Everyone else was doing the same. Incredible time for us but can't believe what I'm seeing here in contrast. Although Noel was actually headliner that night.

It just shows you what the Oasis name can do in terms of driving sales

I do think there will be a robust 3rd party market - if that's (1) affordable, and (2) allowed under Oasis ticket rules --> is a whole different story

Soldier Field has sold out. Thought that had the best chance of selling out next. It's the only show for midwest Oasis fans. It's also only a 90 min flight from nyc (I've got a few east coast friends who took a swing on the Chicago date as their backup plan). Surprised Toronto hasn't sold out yet, though.

Unironically, I think they’ve probably sold as many tickets in 5 US gigs than they did for all of their US tours in the 2000s combined.

Are both NJ dates gone now or just the one?
