I don't want the feeling of going to see The Who in... 2007 with Pete and Roger up front and a backing band in the shadows behind them.
Or the Black Crowes reunion with just the brothers and hired guns. or what Guns N Roses is now with Axl, Slash and Duff on all the merch and a band back in the shadows.
I hope they try to position it as a continuation of DOYS and continuing as a real band. And not a "Liam and Noel have reformed to play WTSMG". Even though it obviously is a "The Liam and Noel Band - come watch the Gallaghers" reboot.

Yeah i said in the setlist thread that it could well be that sort of tour, almost like a sequel to Liams tour this year. And if so yes, likely use The Swamp Song intro like that tour, and so on. The only MG-era song Id be a little sceptical about whether they can pull off is Rockin Chair, as that chorus is a stretch. |

Just because Liam framed his DM tour that way, doesn't mean Noel would. With throwing in B-sides and just playing that album-era etc. More likely playing most of Morning Glory and a bunch of DM.
