Just think it would be a bit weird if they were only playing in two cities. The idea that they can arrive in separate cars, go to their separate homes and only communicate via interview. That is the only reason I don't want it to happen. I don't give a fuck who the line up is. If it is Liam, Noel and David Jason on tambourine it will still be Oasis. Bonehead is an icon but he isn't Oasis - Liam and Noel are. Well, yes. Look, this is what you're going to get with a reunion. It's not because they suddenly are best mates or planning on world dominance again. They'd be getting a fuck load of money. |

On April 2 2023 I made a thread stating Oasis would Reunite in 2025 for all the exact reasons they are reuniting now. I've heard that an album is also in the offing but I think that I will believe that when I see it. The reunion is definitely happening but, for now, I will see it as 10 / 20 gigs and then disappear into the sunset again.

I've seen Oasis a bunch of times when I was much younger. I always thought I was fine whether they reunited or not.
Suddenly, I don't know that I've ever wanted anything more than this.

The only problem with this is that we have a reputable source that's not doing its own reporting, it's simply saying what someone else said. So while I want this to be more concrete evidence that it's happening, this is simply adding to the churn without advancing the story in any way. |

I came in as a fan around the time of Dig Out Your Soul. And WTSMG was definitely my most listened to Oasis album at the time, too. I also remember their Wembley gig was on constant replay on MTV2 here in North America/Canada. For those who specifically know, its when MTV2 had the dog on their logo, and basically was the last year or so MTV still played actual music on that channel. But yeah, since then, have been wanting to see Oasis live. And didn't get a chance to when I heard of their sudden dissolve. Not gonna lie, I'm also at a point in my life where I could just up and go see them in the UK for sure. It'd be great if this were actually true.
