Meh. I really liked the first one but this one is way more bland. Definitely nice to hear Liam out there doing his thing again but this aint the one for me.

maybe I am. Liam can’t really do much wrong these days so always will be a big demand as he’s the only thing left out of the oasis boys carrying on the torch. So cant really compare them on demand there’s much more hype round LG these times. When oasis was together most people I know always hated Liam. Hence once they split team Noel had the demand. Noel screwed up. He got lazy. And assumed he controlled the storyline. Now he seems boring. Don’t get me wrong. He always has a few great songs. But sort of like Richard Ashcroft. 4 chord midtempo stuff lol. Screwed up 😂🤣😂🤣😂 |

These songs are just as poppy sounding as the songs that some fuckers on here moan that they’re too pop sounding and we’ve got certain erm… journalists saying the LP sounds like Second Coming when so far it sounds like The Seahorses. I know we’re only two tracks in but I was hoping for it to be a bit more Roses sounding when what were getting is, to me at least, LG singing The Seahorses. These first two songs wouldn’t sound out of place on Do It Yourself whilst equally lyrically sounding like they could have been written by Bell/Archer/The other guys on Liams solo stuff. Just because it’s poppy doesn’t make it a bad song That's correct. |

Well, HC is a great album. Yeah I like it but imagine it without Hidu times, Stop Crying, Little by little and Songbird... It would have been interesting to have the Roller done by Oasis during the HC era. It would have been better than that other Gem song. but then again, Noel wouldn't let that new guy have a good song on the record. |

Liam Gallagher said of their upcoming record:
"I can't wait for people to hear the album. I think the people that are into the Stone Roses and Oasis and that kinda thing, I think they'll fucking love it. It's spiritual, it's crucial. LG x".
John Squire added: “It was really inspiring to have those Knebworth gigs fresh in my mind as I started writing. Then it was a case of trying to steer it away from all being too rocky, and trying to mix up the sentiments as well. I like the way that in some parts, it's quite melancholic and it can make you well up, but there are other parts that are kind of irreverent, rude or crude. There's a little bit of everything in there, I think it's a really good mix. I had a hunch that we’d sound good together, but I wasn’t prepared for it to be such a good fit."
