Yeah it's already fucking streets head of JAR in my opinion. Catchy, bright, bassy, Liam sounds great, he's singing lyrics that make sense. Looking forward to this

These aren’t officially released, only on bandcamp so not sure if they would be officially released. If it's not an official release how can they charge for it? Can you just remix something and then charge money for it? And "remixes" - there's more than one?

the artwork for Noel's first two albums were pretty awful especially his first album They are. WTSMG cover gets a pass cause of the music but its cover is piss weak too. Too bad they didn't use this for the cover of NGHFB 2011, but it was the cover of something. I still love this 110%. This SHOULD have been the album cover. It’s perfect.

Council Skies bland cover was back to business as usual.

Wow, Liam sounds incredible! That melody is stuck in my head. Squire's pulled a blinder with that!

Looking forward to this album tbh The last 5 seconds of this clips has such an "The Las + Beatles" vibe. This song has such a full sound to it. I don't even know why or if Liam should do another Solo record when you are getting glorious guitar from Squire and Bass and Drums like this. Everything sounds so much fuller. Yeah i guess musically as well as lyrically. Lyrically the “here it comes again” line does make me think of the hook of There She Goes, while its got a similar rhythm/vibe to some Beatles tunes like Here Comes The Sun. Certainly a much better hook than Just Another Rainbow melodically. Have to wait and see how the full package sounds I guess.

Wow, Liam sounds incredible! That melody is stuck in my head. Squire's pulled a blinder with that! Obviously we've not heard thr full tune yet but the snippet of that song + JAR are the most authentic things I've heard from Liam since going solo, in terms of what suits him I didn't particularly like JAR, but it's still a natural sound for him. Wyatt and Co. couldn't come up with that chorus on the new track. I just don't think that sound is in their DNA. Its not that they're worse songwriters, I just don't think they've got a full understanding of the essence of Liam, Oasis etc, I think they come from a different place musically. Squire on the other hand knows what Liam is all about, he can write a tune and you know they both are on the same wavelength musically. I'm sure I've said it before but Liam's solo stuff has never sat right with me, a little forced and not quite musically aligned with who he is. I don't get that feeling with the bits of this stuff with Squire, it seems like it fits him like a glove, whether you like it or not.

LOVE IT. Also it is just me or does Liam's voice not sound nasally at all on this track. The nasal aspect is the one thing that's always bothered me about Liam's post-2002 voice. But here I don't hear it at all. Not sure if it's just because of the effects used on his voice, but he really sounds terrific.

Dumb Yank question here, but is Mars a town in the UK? Or is the song about a planet/candy bar and Liverpool? Sounding good either way

The album cover is meh in comparison. Edit to make something related to Liam I like the snippet sounds like something out of the third ride album 🤔

Not listening to it more than once. I'm patiently waiting for the full high quality thing on friday On a side note, Morning Glory cover art is iconic. Its not bad, weak or anything. It's great. All Oasis sleeves up until SOTSOG (the album, included singles not so much) are amazing.

There's a bloke playing a door key ffs.

Regarding the song, I'm doing the same and waiting for Friday. It's only two more days.

I do find all this ‘I’m not going to listen to the song till it’s official release’ very strange
It’s called hyping up a new song. Been going on forever. Did you run out the room or turn the radio off the second they played an upcoming track in the past?
When radio 1 played my big mouth and it’s getting better man weeks before Be Here Now came out did you avoid that ?
What happens if Liam and co said let’s release the song today not Friday are you going to think ‘noooo I want the original hearing experience of Friday not a day sooner!’
Listen to the clips. Enjoy the hype. Get involved with the chat and for all of us Friday will still be exciting
All very strange people avoiding the promo stuff of singles or albums.

My exact thoughts, this is gonna be the best post-Oasis Liam album, and if I can dream maybe even the best post-Oasis Gallagher related.

Hey, let people enjoy this moment the way they want, and don't call them weird because of that 😐. I understand both sides, and I don't get it how can you write something like that. It's normal when people want to hear the snippets and are enjoying this moment and they are hyping up for the song. In the same time I understand people prefering to wait. When It's a Beautiful World snippet was released, I was listening to it a thousand times, and when the full song was released, it wasn't the same anymore and the magic of the first listen was gone. Same with Once and few other releases in the past 🙃

So, when we heard like 1 minute of JAR, I wasn't allowed to say that I don't like it because how can I say that when I didn't even hear the whole song...
But if you think it's great, then you can say it. And people are doing it here all the time without anyone attacking them because of that. They are even saying that album is going to be great.
Which is fine and I don't mind it, everyone should express their feelings and many times we are right.
But if it's ok to say that song will be biblical after we heard like 30 seconds or 1 minute, then it is also ok to say that it will be shit.
And I am not saying now that Mars from Liverpool is shite, I actually like it.

I used to do that (turning of the radio, etc...), when you had only one single before the album. I listened to the full album for the first time as a whole when it was available (more than realeased), and it was so much better. Today there's so much time between first single and album release, with 2 or 3 more songs released ahead of it, I've given up and listen to them when they're available. I try to play them as little as possible though, otherwise it ruins the experience of listening to the album (want to listen to the "new" ones, not the ones I've already have overplayed and skip them).

Its just a snippet (or two). If we had the whole i would be playing it. I dont really care much for 15 seconds of Liam. He needs to last at least 3 mins for me to get all worked up (songbird and meaning of soul excluded) I'm first on leaks usually too. Music leaks.
